Have a tag wiki

I kinda noticed that the only real definition of tags is within that google doccy in the tag suggestion thread, which seems not maintained.
I would propose a tagging wiki like sadpanda has, with proper definitions and also an explanation on tagging rules.

I think a centralized space (be it a wiki or otherwise) for not just tags, but also explanations/rules for other topics would be nice.
Put the Romanization guide on it. Guidelines on uploading and numbering covers. Additional information and formats that make reports more useful. Etc. etc.

I'd be interested, certainly
We're currently working on a new wiki project but it's still in very early state, for now, if you're interested in helping out, you will need access to the contributors channel on our community Discord

Ah, don't have that, is it dependent on having a contributor title here or can that be accessed another way?

Not really, but since it's not an official thing and it being in very early stages, we keep the discussion about it in the contributors channel for fast communication in case something breaks, needs to be changed or added in regard of the wiki software.

It's more so that I can't access the contributor chat yet because I don't have the contributor title currently

I'm not sure. Unfortunately we closed the contributors channel to exclusively contributors (users with the role) as many contributors kept getting randomly reported to Discord for whatever reason. We can add people manually but I'll need to ask around about it.

If you see something wrong on a chapter, like missing title, missing volume number, or a title with an outdated volume cover, uploads to "no group" from uploaders trying to evade group bans, titles with missing tags, etc, then report them.

Make enough consistently valid reports and you'll become a contributor, or at least that's how it used to work. Though honestly, I stopped making reports because they used to take a couple days at most to be actioned, but recently it's taking weeks, if they get addressed at all. I have reports sitting unactioned in my queue from 6+ months ago.

edit: For full transparency, I went back and checked again, and those reports were recently addressed, but are still marked as "waiting" in my queue. Though it doesn't change the fact that they had gone unactioned for months, and in general new reports are taking much longer to be addressed than they had been in previous years.
