1. are xenforo threads for chapter comments created automatically, or manually by C*ntributors/Power Uploaders/Group Leaders/Supporters?

Manually, same as they were prior to the update (where they didn't exist until someone actually went to open the comment thread the first time).

2. if xenforo threads for chapter comments are (/must) be created manually by C*ntributors and the like (or have had to have been created manually before a bug was fixed), how do those users create the xenforo threads?

(no idea what this title is, it was at the top of the updates on the home page and didn't have a chapter thread yet)

3. can you show me an image of question 2 (the way that C*ntributors etc. create xenforo threads)
