@pandascepter is doing look from your end? he's been going through all the latest uploads and creating chapter discussion threads on the xenforo side (and everyone should thank him for the heavy lifting)
i'm still not clear on this, despite this answer:
After the 30 minute(?) delay for the counter to update and trigger the link, that 'view older comments' link is there.
as that is exactly it looks like to me as well, though i can look inside the
Chapter Discussions subforum and find a new thread
before the link to said thread has appeared in the site's reader.

I've not been coming across many chapters that don't have a forum thread (unless the chapter's only been up for a few minutes), and when I do I create the forum thread.
my questions are:
1. are xenforo threads for chapter comments created automatically, or manually by C*ntributors/Power Uploaders/Group Leaders/Supporters?
2. if xenforo threads for chapter comments are (/must) be created manually by C*ntributors and the like (or have had to have been created manually before a bug was fixed), how do those users create the xenforo threads?
3. can you show me an image of question 2 (the way that C*ntributors etc. create xenforo threads)
