Yeah Japan is SLIGHTLY less wierd about this than the western world. The conversation about heart/soul lines up pretty closely to the way they talk about transgender identity in Japan, as in, "body of a boy, heart of a girl" = transgender woman.
Some of us might take issue with the "body of a boy" part, but that is/was just how many trans folk over there would refer to themselves. Basically all I'm saying is that even the "[she] has a peepee, therefore [she's] a BOY!" bits don't necessarily completely rule out a trans reading of the text, not yet at least
No, it's short. English was in Webtoon format and completed; that's why you see "18." There's only 6 chapters.the official english is up to chapter 18, and the raws say volume 6. so my guess is the completed is meant to be volume 6 not chapter 6
getting this bent out of shape by people just trying to live their lives will never not be weird to me.Yeah Japan is SLIGHTLY less wierd about this than the western world.
nodding sagely, it's one of the classical formats such as man vs nature, man vs man, girl vs brainworms.girl vs brainworms gotta be my favorite subgenre of TSF stories![]()

People don't figure out their gender in a single realization. The confusing language was used in the manga because they is confused about themself.So... does she feel uncomfortable because she still feels a mental connection to her previous life which makes fully abrasing being a girl harder or is it the fact that the body has boy bits that cause the uncomfortable feeling.
This manga use 100 words to describe something, which just makes it more confusing
