you know, I watch Z.A.T.O playthrough just yesterday... I think the main character is a fucking masochist. Why? But if you remove all of her masochist side and some of self destruction line, shes kind of right about everything that happening in the current world.

but anyway yeah asaya I wouldnt exactly call her a masochist but rather someone who is suffering from hyper empathy to justify how horrible her life is.

Well, I dont like to play VN, but i like to watch it.
If I'm being honest with you, it does not help her case, Asya being an empath, that is just a nature of social being and her being confine not allowed to go far away is making it more complicated. And her bullying doesnt help it either, I think I Vadim bullying her and her being a such just enchance what Vadim will do.
That is even after Vadim, Asya, and Ira hung out, he still bully her. lol.
I just wanted to point out that her love towards the universe is nothing compared to the universe itself, which why sometime she pointed out she is nothing, but still loves the universe.
Then if you think about it, shes right about everything. We are lucky to be able to be born and see the universe. When we say we are among drop on these ocean you will see Asya would aggree to it.

Basically Her act towards herself and everyone around her is just a teenager crisis, shes right, but she need to enjoy every little thing she did, well eventually.
The writing is on point to a teenagers at this age, I was too had this kind of phase, not everyone, but I do not leave the fact that im still kind and love everyone around me.

I'm really quite glad that GLT was formative for how i thought about the world honestly I think I had a month or so after finishing it where i was just really relaxed with everyone i met because i was still grappling with the ending of it.
Anyhow im glad ZATO is out there introducing crushing depression and anti-nihilism to another generation of lonely kids.
