99% certain I didn't read New Game so I went to check what y'all were talking about. Two characters got married...off screen, as revealed in a volume only author's note.
I'd mark "Poochy legalized same sex marriage on the way back to his home planet" as a subtext ending but that's just me.

I think it's not putting her down, necessarily. It could refer to her off-stage looks (as she was in her 'average student' mode), hence 'plain'. It could also be an ironic endearment since she didn't really stand out in terms of skill before the entire meme debacle, which brought her to the spotlight and allowed people to more properly appreciate her abilities (as a leader or an idol) going forward or in retrospect.

I personally don't have enough context on this, but given that the photo was shared in positive light ("Hey guys, the show is actually real, not scripted, here's proof"), I suspect it's either one of those explanations.

Well, either that, or someone in the typesetting department did a typo that I read too deeply into.

GOD I couldn't stop staring at Ritsu this entire chapter I'm like hot damn Ritsu holy crap. Then when I thought it was over the last colored page surprised me! I swear I wasn't like this to her in the past chapters.
