There's no way each defeated girl isn't made to be part of her personal knight corps. I will eat the questionable stale rice currently at the back of my fridge if that actually doesn't happen.

I am honestly on the fence over whether they'll face anything resembling scaled consequences, even. The tone's all off when it comes to how Eva interacts with the world, as a consequence of her having Isekai MC Cheat Power.

She considers none of these people actual threats, because they're not. But more importantly, she's also in no position and has no authority to actually enforce punishment on any of them, beyond the specific plot device of "join my ladies' knight corps".
So because she sees them all as frail children and future bodybuilding projects and not actual enemies, she won't see any reason to actually have them taken to task over the very serious crimes they're all committing against literal royalty/the kingdom at large. So, no comeuppance, no consequences, just "piledriver! now go run 100 laps naked!" and the story will continue treating these very dastardly and malicious individuals as gags.
I'm pretty sure she punched that demon apart on like, an atomic level. So yeah, "too idealistic to make sense, too stronk to be confined by mere physics" makes for a very enjoyable One Punch Princess.

Sure, they may not face legal consequences, but watching the current lineup suffer under both her personal training and her logic is much funnier and probably harsher in the long run.
"You waitin' for that fridge-rice to get strong enough to fight back before tossing it? How sporting!" - Eva

For me it's more the disparity in how malicious everyone's being toward Eva, and how much she just doesn't care, if she's even aware.
So their actions have one tone of aggression and intent, and the result when they're inevitably Correct'd doesn't match up to it.
The Student Council President is contemplating assassination of Eva. The result will be her getting forced into benchpressing and then serving under the very woman she wants to murder. And that'll be all that comes of it.

That mismatch is a touch jarring, when the plot wants to have these really serious issues and situations with characters who are super intent on inflicting insult and injury, but the protagonist wholly exists outside of that vibe, is just happy-go-lucky and wants to make her muscles go brrrrr, and her attitude and demeanor is at odds with everyone and everything that seeks to go against her.

And that's fine. It's a gag comedy, apparently, and it's clear that the reader is to operate under the assumption that the various aims and intent and goals of the cast don't matter, because the moment they come into contact with Eva it's all moot. But it makes the big buildup of reading about the Prez and all her goals feel like the pacing drags a bit, when it's multiple chapters at 15-20 pages of the villain of the moment expounding on all her grand plans when it'll all come crashing down in (maybe) 2 pages' worth of "Eva suplexes her, the end".

At a certain point, it's a matter of knowing what headspace to come at the story from. I personally didn't realize this was going to be so gag-forward where nothing actually matters in the face of the protagonist's single-mindedness. Now that I'm aware that the stakes are nonexistent and the 6+ chapters of setup don't actually mean anything beyond building up to the same punchline of "One Punch Eva", I'm sure I could find more enjoyment in the story.

I've enjoyed the dynamic of itty bitty babies vs. saitama-hime from the beginning, I just wish the silly punishments actually happened :worry:

I can't even imagine wanting to disintegrate Leonora or Scarlet, regardless of how much they were jerks when first introduced. Of course Eva adopted them, they're far too precious to let them go! Look at how they still buy in to the muscle training even after the protein powder found new and exciting ways to break their brains.

literally we've doubled the chapter count of the manga since the Naked Handstand Punishment was earned (end of chapter 10) and we've seen nothing

This is objectively unreadable atp

Nice backstory for the protein powder. Also, bare midriffs are good but why does the musclehead princess not have a clear sixpack?

Forget 6 pack or even the rumored 8 or 12 pack. She has a 6000 pack. Her abs are so heavily toned you need a magnifying glass to make out each of them. She has such muscle definition and control she can flex them like a etch-a-sketch.
