The first bit that is highlighted against the guys back is the leaders philosophy and how he lives his life. The two speech bubbles basically just say that he and his followers are just lawless assholes with abilities and destroyed villages for funniest Funzies.

In other words, they are little better then cosplaying bandits likely modeled after the Joker

Sorry if it wasn't TLed in the best way but this wasn't MTL ^^' I do admit that I did a slip up on Rei's presentation bubble, idk why I thought it was a "わるい [space] ...." like how people would say "sorry, I'm ....". It is indeed just "I'm not a bad/evil monster", thx for pointing it out.

I'm still new to TL and I'll do my best to not have such obvious mistakes happen again. Sorry.

I do have to say though for the Jester part, maybe I'm wrong but there's not much else I feel to the jester explanations? It is basically briefly implied here that they do as they please as long as it brings them immediate gratification, just a chaotic bunch for the fun of it.

Thanks for the translation! Regarding Rei's text, what do you think about having the translation exist around the floating water or between panels? It just feels a bit like missing out a bit on the water words' art stuff.
