So on Page 2 we see on the boy's cellphone the structure of their conversation, short sentences that ended with the girl putting three messages. It doesn't match the text box we, the readers, were given, which was a back and forth. Unless, of course, they are the type of monsters that break up their sentences to spam messages at people.
On page 12 we see a message chain in their convo with the bottom one being from the girl, and its a massive text block with actual full sentences in it, confirming their method of chatting is full sentences and paragraphs, like a letter, and not monsters. There's also a timestamp of 21:32 on the boy's message, (9:32 pm for anyone not knowing 24hr clock) which matches their fireworks evening and not their morning typhoon conversation, so it seems like thats a previous chat the boy scrolled back to.
Now on the last page we once again see the phone chat, but it shows the boy's icon for incoming messages, so clearly this is the girl's phone. Timestamp of both the last message by the girl at 7:21 would match their start of chapter conversation. New message at 18:12 would be a bit of a timeskip from how slow the chapter was going to show their distraction, but still perfectly doable.

So basically, it all works.

He actually made a move, on his own?

Even though the peanut gallery is currently on a train to hell, the reaction panels and beats were great.

Did he actually send that text? Because the next frame still has both idiots sulking and overthinking. I'm seeing that screenshot as his imagination, not a real-life event...

Another peak chapter. The payoff is their upcoming coffee date. But the journey to get there was superb. Only teenagers could overthink this much about dating. And the way this chapter jumps between two bedrooms, two phone calls, texts sent over three separate time intervals, and the background details all provide characterization, while telling a narrative through-line about our MC's nervous pining leading to a date? That's masterful.

Damnit the fact that it so relatable to the times back in my youth. Except mine was in a bus
Damn. Mine was at a cram school. Been having a crush on this one girl for a while, we always sit not to far apart but never close. I happened to sit next to her that day and she totally noticed I still hang around even after my friend group decided to skip the class and left and opened a conversation with me, but I was just too dumb and a nervous mess (been in boy school my whole life) I only answered her opening question and didn’t continue the conversation, even pretended to be focusing on the class. She probably thought maybe I was just really serious about the class that I stayed behind and not disturbed me anymore.

Yup. Big lesson learned in more than one ways.

And yup, teenage can and will overthink this much about their crush.

THE LAD IS MAKING A MOVE

Go get that date, King!
coffee date coffee date coffee date
A date? That's totally a date. He's asking her out on a date. Our boy is making a bold move.
i bet they will chicken out of actually calling it a date.

That's not going to be some "this was a message I sent in my dream" or "message failed to send" scenario, right... Right?!
as Alcion has pointed out, the phone screen on the last page is Sayu-san's:
