That's Brigitte's adoptive brother, and the current actual contractor of Ifrit - her dad lost Ifrit after burning Brigitte with Ifrit's flames. I assume he's gonna throw his hat into the ring, so that the "Incest but Not Really" box can be checked off. If he ain't any better than Brigitte's father, the psuedo-brother will probably cross some line and lose his Ifrit to Yuri.

Peak hedgehog's dilemna; they both wanted the same thing but took such a hilariously awkward route to get there.

I am amused with Yuri's logic of "she's contracted with a god, I need to collect everything else right under that rank to stay competitive."
