I love this, I adore this, I'm beyond happy with this development. It's the first time I'm seeing a proper transformation from an mc into a battle junkie. The rush, the adrenaline, the happiness and the repulsion from his normal life and his friends, the mirror of himself in the boss who is just like him, the boss who got BORED because he didn't feel like Wim had that fire and just left. God everything is clicking so well, not rushed, not dragged, just the right amount at the right time. If that secret organization didn't treat that girl like a machine and made her bleed, they would 100% be a better place for him to be in. I hope there's no hidden machinations and that the voices are fake, I hope this is a genuinely well done awakening to his true suppressed self because it's the first time a manga has done it, with this theme at least.

He's obviously screwed up in the head with the voices he hears when entering a dungeon which are from him because of the emotional abuse by Chronos but his magic casting he's doing to his brain is slowly eating away at it. He'll soon start losing his memories as a result.
