When I think about it, the only good thing about this manga are the adults being competent.
The mc and fmc aren't that unique as these kind of stories go.
The "ex" is more pathetic than usual, but not really something to write home about.
The evil guy who "stole" the ex isn't that interesting, just your run of the mill rich kid who think he's more talented than he actually is.
I mean, its great that the adults are useful for once, but its just such a low bar to clear for these "betrayal" stories. Other characters having agency.

Point:
From a student bullying and false NTR accusation case, the story escalates into a major political corruption scandal involving infrastructure development funds. The corruption eventually causes a tunnel collapse that kills Ai's mother, while the investigation reaches a former city council member, a construction company, and even the Prime Minister.

★ The story continues directly after Ai reveals her true identity to Eiji. After visiting her mother's grave, Ai finally releases the pain she has carried for years and gradually begins smiling again thanks to Eiji. Kuroi, who has served the Ugaki family for a long time, expresses his gratitude to Eiji for helping Ai recover emotionally.
★ Eiji later learns that his mother had already realized long ago that Ai was Ugaki's daughter. The next day, Ai personally visits the Aono family to reveal the truth herself.
★ At the same time, Ai investigates the people involved in Eiji's bullying case. Her attention turns to Tachibana, the literature club president. Although he appears to be a perfect student, Ai becomes suspicious after discovering that he attended the same middle school as Kondo and Endou. She orders Kuroi to investigate Tachibana's connections to Endou and Doumoto Yumi.
★ Meanwhile, Miyuki is placed under teacher supervision after her suicide attempt. Tachibana-sensei, who once lost a family member to suicide, also shares her experience and encourages Miyuki to keep living and face her mistakes properly.
★ The story then shifts to Eri. A detective questions her about Kondo and offers her a chance to meet him. Through Eri's memories, it is revealed that she first met Kondo through Tachibana and was manipulated by him in a similar way to Miyuki. Her testimony eventually raises suspicion about the hidden connection between Kondo and Tachibana.
★ Under increasing pressure, Tachibana becomes afraid that his relationship with Kondo and his role as the mastermind behind Eiji's bullying will be exposed. He attempts to create scapegoats and manipulate Mitsuta, Matsuda, and other students to silence Eri and pressure Hayashi, a former literature club member who refused to participate in Eiji's bullying.
★ Hayashi eventually seeks Ai's help after receiving threats. Ai, the principal, Eiji, Endou, and Satoshi work together to protect him while setting a trap to expose Tachibana.
★ Eiji directly confronts Tachibana and demands the return of his stolen literary works. Tachibana denies everything, but his excuses only strengthen suspicions against him.
★ Tachibana's plan collapses when Mitsuta is revealed to have been secretly cooperating with Ai and the police all along. Mitsuta had always hated Kondo and was willing to sacrifice himself to help Endou bring him down.
★ Takayanagi-sensei later interrogates Tachibana using evidence provided by the police, including messages exchanged with Kondo and testimonies from literature club members. Despite overwhelming evidence, Tachibana refuses to confess and attempts to flee.
★ Tachibana then tries to force Hayashi into lying to protect him. However, Hayashi finally stands up to him and refuses. When Tachibana attempts to strike Hayashi, Satoshi intervenes and tells him that he will never surpass Eiji in either character or literary talent.
★ Soon afterward, Tachibana is arrested. During police interrogation, all of his excuses are dismantled one by one until he finally breaks down mentally.
★ With Tachibana's downfall, the bullying case reaches its conclusion. However, the story then shifts toward a much larger political conflict.
★ Ugaki, Ai's father and the ruling party's Secretary-General, is summoned by the Prime Minister. The government seeks to contain the scandal and pressures the Ministry of Education to push the school into closing the case quickly.
★ However, the principal refuses to compromise. He continues supporting the truth and protecting the students, while preparing Takayanagi-sensei as his successor.
★ Behind the scenes, Ugaki has his own agenda. He wants to expose the corruption within the government, not only because Kondo harmed Eiji, but also because Kondo was connected to the corruption that led to his wife's death.
★ The investigation reveals that embezzled construction funds were funneled through Kondo's company and eventually linked to political forces that supported the Prime Minister's rise to power. The corruption ultimately caused the tunnel collapse that killed Ugaki Hitomi.
★ At the end of the volume, another major revelation appears. Ugaki's distance from Ai is not solely because he wants to protect her from his revenge plan. He is actually suffering from a serious heart disease, setting up the next major conflict in the story.

Because he and his colleagues spoke with multiple people and pieced together that something does not end up. Which was confirmed after he interview all of them now. Plus the MC is quite psychologically shaken now and after talking with him they could not see the violent abuser that he is being accused of being.

For anyone asking, and I said this in the comments of the previous chapter! Kondo as the Teach said is pretty smooth.....for a high schooler, but adults easily see through his little game! Later on he won't be as "cool headed" and well here's where both Miyuki and his testomonies screw them over as the Teacher FORESHADOWED this
Unknown to the two, a Foodie Streamer was doing his stream near the area when he heard the commotion and was still streaming, he was far away to hear anything[ or catch dialogue, but he caught the WHOLE EVENT meaning Miyuki and ESPECIALLY Kondo's lies here blow up in their faces! Kondo especially! And it leads to their explusion, especially Kondo as when the police came to question him, JUST QUESTION HIM! He showed how much of a smug snake he was by attempting to flee and ended up assaulting an officer, getting his ass ARRESTED, and since it was so PUBLIC (as it happens AS Eiji is receiving a medal for a good deed he did before this event just to add salt to the wound as it means ALOT OF STUDENTS witness him being taken away) it goes a LONG WAY to prove Kondo a liar along with Miyuki about what happened and her getting called in along with the Soccer Club is the killing blow (along with the event for Eiji FIXING his rep by making many ALREADY question if he really DID do what was accused as it feels out of character for someone getting a reward like that! Also when Miyuki gets called in, this makes everyone, including her female friend ask her "if it's true" and Miyuki ends up begging forgiveness! Nothing was said but THIS is the killing blow specifically as it means she stood their and helped Kondo LIE about her "childhood friend/Ex Boyfriend" being violent with her and this is the DEATH KNELL for Miyuki's social life). When the Teach askes her WHY she lied, after what happened between events as she and Kondo are finished at this point so she has no more reason to protect him! She admits the truth, she did it to SAVE her reputation as if she told the truth, she'd have been revealed as a Cheater, but as said last chapter! NOT admitting it then and only ADDING to the lie that Kondo made WORSE here, only makes her an Accomplice! The Teacher makes it clear his disappointment in her and she is Suspended that will lead to Expulsion! At that point, so much has DULLED Miyuki to that hurting her, as she's at rock bottom /SPOILER]

- Endou is coming out in FULL FORCE NOW! Endou is the guy from the flashback of Kondo's first sucker before Miyuki, Eri! The Nerdy Kid he got Eri to betray for him! Yeah Kondo made the FATAL mistake of assuming people with grudges would not come after him. The funny thing is, Endou was READY thanks to Eiji being able to talk the Rage out of him, to forget about Kondo and Eri and finally move on with his life as he cared all that rage and anger towards the two since that day (In Eri's POV, it's mentioned AFTER Kondo dumped her and them entering High School, she met up with Endou and thought he'd "take her back" as in she was NOT going to apologize for what she did under Kondo's command, or better to say she never THOUGHT of doing so and expected Endou to take her back......yeah there was NO WORDS between them in the hall, Endou just GLARED his hatred at her and she meekly moved on! this is why she ran back to Kondo and made a fool of herself STILL

-At the station, the Bitch TRIES to lie to her mother when she comes to pick her up, AKA she's been lying to her that she and Eiji were still together DESPITE the lie everywhere else that she and he BROKE UP and he's a violent creepy stalker! Too bad for her and happy ME, her mother SLAPS her and gives her the 4th degree! She already RUINED her relationships with the Aono's with her deceiving and taking them for granted, now she gets to watch as her MOTHER, her ONLY FAMILY gets onto her for LYING TO HER! It gets worse for Miyuki when her mother collapses as she's been over-working herself and is send to the hospital, Sucks for Ms. Amada, but for Miyuki, that is on her head that she hurt her mother with her lies now!

She's still together with him as I mentioned ABOVE, going and cheerleading his games and letting him use her Apartment as she's a SEX FRIEND struggling to be his GIRLFRIEND AGAIN (the classic "stringing her along while using her as a Convienant Woman, At this point, you can only PITY Eri! Especially with the LATER knowledge that her situation with him was the SAME with Miyuki! THE SAME PERSON GOT KONDO TO GO AFTER THEM FOR THEIR OWN GAIN
-For anyone who has gotten this far! It's Tachibana! The Female President of the Literture Club that Eiji use to belong to and his Sempai! She's known Kondo even back then, and she is the one who send him AFTER ERI first time because like with Eiji, SHE HAS AN EGO A MILE WIDE! If you ever saw the Movie "Amadeus" well that is how Tachibana is, she's like "Salieri" in that movie towards Eiji! As this is AROUND before the Reveal of Miyuki helping Kondo frame Eiji is revealed to the school and her explusion and his arrest! Endou was stalking Kondo DATING Eri AND Miyuki seperately! And the best shot, was Kondo had RE-GIFTED Gifts that the two girls gave him that WERE recognizable in the picture, hence why he took them and send them to the girls! For Eri, it was the FINAL NAIL that finally made her SEE ONCE AND FOR ALL Kondo destroyed her life and SHE LET HIM MAKE A FOOL OF HER as the gift she gave him, was what she gave him the day they first got together and she betrayed Endou for him! To have it re-gifted like that as she KNEW he was seeing other girls and CHEATING on her, but it's MIYUKI that finally was the straw with her wearing her gift that finally turned her on
-But for Miyuki, her gift was what she gave Kondo at the START of their Affair together, this is RIGHT as Kondo calls her for help, and she confronts him on it! And BOY does the Scorpion can't stop himself from deciding NOW is the time to turn her loose! Revealing he HATES clingy girls and ADMITS he was cheating on HER, even MOCKING HER for assuming their relationship was anything MORE then what it was and crying about being cheated on when she CHEATED and even HELPED HIM screw the "guy she claimed to love!" By bite him in the ass, he loses control over Miyuki and as her life falls apart and the second interview! (and having FINALLY met Eiji and learning the HARD WAY that her "I just need to talk to him and everything will be FIXED" was never going to work, discovering he didn't HATE HER as she used HATE as an EXCUSE for her bad behavior after Chapter 1, since he hated her, it was over and she might as well save herself, but the Humilation Conga and such and Kondo finally being revealed made her realize they WERE excuses, the Hating her, Eiji NEVER HATED HER and she is a FURTHER failure of a childhood friend and GIRLFRIEND for assuming this, then again her CHEATING was the first failure of her as a person! He is INDIFFERENT to her! Telling her to JUST STOP MAKING EXCUSES as all her actions starting from when she was caught, the memories of them together, growing up, and up to that point, were being ERODED by the "girl he found out she TRULY WAS that night" and THAT is the major reason he never wanted to see her again, much less TALK TO HER!
It's at that point Miyuki was on her DYING LEG, specifically the lying deceptive BITCH we know her as from when she was caught. She was crying and trying to save herself by allowing HIM to suffer and get demonized, while he was doing everything still to protect HER, or the Her of his memories! This is FAR WORSE for her then betraying him. She treated him like the enemy while REFUSING to call him SUCH because she just didn't want to take responsibility for wrecking everything, and now she can't unsee what she saw that day! (Talking to him one last time) that she is a HORRIBLE person deep down who took her loved ones for granted and has done something she can NEVER take back for the rest of her life!
Oh and she found out abit that Eiji tried to commit suicide from what she HELPED Kondo do to him! The day she saw him and Ai together (Her infamous "home wrecker" scene) was the day she ALMOST LOST HIM because of her selfishness! This makes her almost kill herself before Ai stopped her, having kept an EYE on her because she EASILY SUSPECTED from all of her previous bad behavior that she WOULD take the easy way out! Ai does a DIFFERENT VERSION of how she talked Eiji down back then! She held NOTHING BACK, and even shot down Miyuki's attempt to bring HER into all of this, namely the "You have everything that was mine" she tried to do on Ai before she shut it down with the fact "things she THREW AWAY" preventing her from making HER out to be a Thief and reminding her SHE WAS THE ONE TO THROW THEM AWAY WITHOUT A CARE LIKE A GODDAMN CHILD! And the killer blow was "She forgot that Eiji is INDIFFERENT! She is NOT going to help him, OR her mother killing herself, she'll only make EVERYTHING they and Ms. Aono sacrificed for her ungrateful ass go to waste and hurt them since they may be FURIOUS with her or INDIFFERENT in Eiji's case, but they STILL love and care for her! Her suicide again is her "thinking only about what effects HER!
Ai pratically TELLS HER TO TAKE FUCKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR ONCE IN HER LIFE! And she does! After the Video from the Streamer as it wasn't JUST the Teacher who found it, it was him AND Ms. Aono as she finally discovers WHAT was happening in school and lets just say after the Video and the slander against Eiji! Ms. Aono makes it CLEAR she regrets LETTING THAT BITCH GO WITH A COLD GLARE A FEW DAYS BACK the chpters before! She did it ONLY because of the cheating and Ms. Amada's sake! But now she WISH SHE KILLED HER THEN! Basically she files a police report on Eiji's behalf and a Lawsuit against Miyuki AND Kondo! That is what leads to the Questioning I mentioned that leads to Kondo's arrest at school! Miyuki is made to pay compensation money for the damages her actions caused, because she turns on Kondo that ASSURES he goes to Juvie (this is what I mean by BITTING HIM IN THE ASS! She lied for him in the Interview last chapter, that will be the LAST TIME other then the Arrest I mentioned she ever lies for him AGAIN) the Court is willing to cut it in half, but Miyuki wants the WHOLE THING as she knows she must make PROPER amends! Basically the money is taken from her College Fund, so her BRIGHT FUTURE is gone, but as she illustrates in the second interview! All of that was for Eiji anyway! She wanted to PROVE she could make choices and such WITHOUT his protection, and Kondo showed that she was NEVER ready or MATURE, and now she lost EVERYTHING, she's getting expled, her mother will NEVER trust her 100% again, she isn't going to College, she has to get into ANOTHER school, but more important, she and Eiji will NEVER be together, all because of HER bad choices! Kondo cannot be blamed for that! At this point, I actually LIKE her again, ABIT, but it's because she FINALLY stops "crying and trying to dodge responsibility!" And the fact she lands the DEATH BLOW on Kondo as remember, even if he's going to Juvie, he's a SENIOR, meaning effectively even IF his record will be sealed afterwards, his explusion isn't, and that lost time is going to KILL his DREAM of being a soccer star, not that he ever HAD A CHANCE!

As this is AROUND before the Reveal of Miyuki helping Kondo frame Eiji is revealed to the school and her explusion and his arrest! Endou was stalking Kondo DATING Eri AND Miyuki seperately! And the best shot, was Kondo had RE-GIFTED Gifts that the two girls gave him that WERE recognizable in the picture, hence why he took them and send them to the girls! For Eri, it was the FINAL NAIL that finally made her SEE ONCE AND FOR ALL Kondo destroyed her life and SHE LET HIM MAKE A FOOL OF HER as the gift she gave him, was what she gave him the day they first got together and she betrayed Endou for him! To have it re-gifted like that as she KNEW he was seeing other girls and CHEATING on her, but it's MIYUKI that finally was the straw with her wearing her gift that finally turned her on
-But for Miyuki, her gift was what she gave Kondo at the START of their Affair together, this is RIGHT as Kondo calls her for help, and she confronts him on it! And BOY does the Scorpion can't stop himself from deciding NOW is the time to turn her loose! Revealing he HATES clingy girls and ADMITS he was cheating on HER, even MOCKING HER for assuming their relationship was anything MORE then what it was and crying about being cheated on when she CHEATED and even HELPED HIM screw the "guy she claimed to love!" By bite him in the ass, he loses control over Miyuki and as her life falls apart and the second interview! (and having FINALLY met Eiji and learning the HARD WAY that her "I just need to talk to him and everything will be FIXED" was never going to work, discovering he didn't HATE HER as she used HATE as an EXCUSE for her bad behavior after Chapter 1, since he hated her, it was over and she might as well save herself, but the Humilation Conga and such and Kondo finally being revealed made her realize they WERE excuses, the Hating her, Eiji NEVER HATED HER and she is a FURTHER failure of a childhood friend and GIRLFRIEND for assuming this, then again her CHEATING was the first failure of her as a person! He is INDIFFERENT to her! Telling her to JUST STOP MAKING EXCUSES as all her actions starting from when she was caught, the memories of them together, growing up, and up to that point, were being ERODED by the "girl he found out she TRULY WAS that night" and THAT is the major reason he never wanted to see her again, much less TALK TO HER!
It's at that point Miyuki was on her DYING LEG, specifically the lying deceptive BITCH we know her as from when she was caught. She was crying and trying to save herself by allowing HIM to suffer and get demonized, while he was doing everything still to protect HER, or the Her of his memories! This is FAR WORSE for her then betraying him. She treated him like the enemy while REFUSING to call him SUCH because she just didn't want to take responsibility for wrecking everything, and now she can't unsee what she saw that day! (Talking to him one last time) that she is a HORRIBLE person deep down who took her loved ones for granted and has done something she can NEVER take back for the rest of her life!
Oh and she found out abit that Eiji tried to commit suicide from what she HELPED Kondo do to him! The day she saw him and Ai together (Her infamous "home wrecker" scene) was the day she ALMOST LOST HIM because of her selfishness! This makes her almost kill herself before Ai stopped her, having kept an EYE on her because she EASILY SUSPECTED from all of her previous bad behavior that she WOULD take the easy way out! Ai does a DIFFERENT VERSION of how she talked Eiji down back then! She held NOTHING BACK, and even shot down Miyuki's attempt to bring HER into all of this, namely the "You have everything that was mine" she tried to do on Ai before she shut it down with the fact "things she THREW AWAY" preventing her from making HER out to be a Thief and reminding her SHE WAS THE ONE TO THROW THEM AWAY WITHOUT A CARE LIKE A GODDAMN CHILD! And the killer blow was "She forgot that Eiji is INDIFFERENT! She is NOT going to help him, OR her mother killing herself, she'll only make EVERYTHING they and Ms. Aono sacrificed for her ungrateful ass go to waste and hurt them since they may be FURIOUS with her or INDIFFERENT in Eiji's case, but they STILL love and care for her! Her suicide again is her "thinking only about what effects HER!
Ai pratically TELLS HER TO TAKE FUCKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR ONCE IN HER LIFE! And she does! After the Video from the Streamer as it wasn't JUST the Teacher who found it, it was him AND Ms. Aono as she finally discovers WHAT was happening in school and lets just say after the Video and the slander against Eiji! Ms. Aono makes it CLEAR she regrets LETTING THAT BITCH GO WITH A COLD GLARE A FEW DAYS BACK the chpters before! She did it ONLY because of the cheating and Ms. Amada's sake! But now she WISH SHE KILLED HER THEN! Basically she files a police report on Eiji's behalf and a Lawsuit against Miyuki AND Kondo! That is what leads to the Questioning I mentioned that leads to Kondo's arrest at school! Miyuki is made to pay compensation money for the damages her actions caused, because she turns on Kondo that ASSURES he goes to Juvie (this is what I mean by BITTING HIM IN THE ASS! She lied for him in the Interview last chapter, that will be the LAST TIME other then the Arrest I mentioned she ever lies for him AGAIN) the Court is willing to cut it in half, but Miyuki wants the WHOLE THING as she knows she must make PROPER amends! Basically the money is taken from her College Fund, so her BRIGHT FUTURE is gone, but as she illustrates in the second interview! All of that was for Eiji anyway! She wanted to PROVE she could make choices and such WITHOUT his protection, and Kondo showed that she was NEVER ready or MATURE, and now she lost EVERYTHING, she's getting expled, her mother will NEVER trust her 100% again, she isn't going to College, she has to get into ANOTHER school, but more important, she and Eiji will NEVER be together, all because of HER bad choices! Kondo cannot be blamed for that! At this point, I actually LIKE her again, ABIT, but it's because she FINALLY stops "crying and trying to dodge responsibility!" And the fact she lands the DEATH BLOW on Kondo as remember, even if he's going to Juvie, he's a SENIOR, meaning effectively even IF his record will be sealed afterwards, his explusion isn't, and that lost time is going to KILL his DREAM of being a soccer star, not that he ever HAD A CHANCE!

That's what this was suppose to illustrate! Same as the last chapter! That they are still KIDS and so aren't as SNEAKY AND SMART as they think they are, ESPECIALLY Kondo.
Best Part is
Eiji NEVER is the one seeking revenge! Instead it's his sempai Endou who does it for him without his knowledge! HE is largely the one to destroy EVERYONE, Kondo ESPECIALLY and WHO WAS HIS PRIME TARGET! Endou was the Boy with the glasses from the flashback! The one of the girl Kondo targeted before Miyuki, that girl Eri was his childhood friend, and Kondo turned her on him while corrupting her! He was never the same since and carried FURY for the both of them for YEARS, till he befriended Eiji and thanks to him, he FINALLY was calming down and moving on with his life.......and then Kondo targetd him and THIS provoked Endou into action to avenge Eiji, though he was READY to go down WITH Kondo and the REAL MASTERMIND to avenge Eiji! His actions DO help in ruining things for the Antagonists because they were GOING to get caught anyway, and later Kondo is going to show EXACTLY what the Teacher illustrated with him, he's only as GOOD as a "high schooler!" in the adult world, he's a brat who is basically a BIG FISH in a small pond, but the adult world he is a SMALL FRY! It is BEAUTIFUL to read in the novel, and can't WAIT to watch his breakdown as it all goes wrong for him

Remember how Ms. Aono caught the two idiots in their affair! Yeah turns out back at that whole shit show in Chapter 1, Kondo being LOUD as he is caught the attention of a Foodie Streamer who was doing his stream nearby, not close to hear anything, but it's a CLEAR VIEW THAT SHOWS EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED! Suffice to say, it shows Eiji did NOT harm Miyuki, but Kondo sure harmed Eiji, just as Eiji SAID happen and he LIED claiming Eiji was lying. But the key point of it, was as I remember, it showed Miyuki being GRABBED by Kondo, proving HE was the one who injured Miyuki and NOT Eiji! This is the DEATH KNELL for him AND Miyuki, since their lies are exposed, and since Miyuki KNEW what happened so can't play the "I don't fully remember!" Last chapter she REALLY fucked herself since now it's CLEAR she lied for Kondo and threw Eiji under the bus to save Kondo, or better to say by her own mouth "save herself!" Last chapter that was her LAST CHANCE to save herself by telling the truth, and she squandered it and now
But the worse thing for HER at least is, Ms. Aono was WITH the teacher when they saw the stream after meeting the streamer and getting his permission to copy and view it! This is where she also finds out fully what happened in school and what Miyuki helped do, and lets just say Ms. Aono WISHES she DIDN'T go easy on her last time! She sues BOTH of them, and that police report she makes on Eiji behalf brings the cops to the school to question Kondo, and because he's not as SMOOTH as he thought he was, he assaulted the officer and tried to run, getting caught, arrested and dragged off PUBLICALLY in the school! THIS basically starts destroying the narritive that he "Saved" Miyuki from Eiji, especially when in panic when she and the soccer team get called in for the "SECOND Interview" which is more a JUDGEMENT on them all as they ALL get EXPELLED with Miyuki getting a "why she do it" from the Teacher before her fate is said, her classmates and friend confront her when she is called, and she CRACKS and confessess, not the truth of course, but the fact she lied to everyone about Eiji, only saying SORRY like she's good at doing so far! THIS without the school needing to make it clear is enough to counter everything, and since Kondo is not in school, but jail, Miyuki is now 100% alone in dealing with what EIJI went through because of her and Kondo! At least she feels SHAME, she's numb from it because well, Kondo dumped her before this point, she FINALLY caught on that she was a TOY and just another ASS in his harem! Meaning she ruined her life for him FOR NOTHING! This is thanks to Endou sending her a picture of him with another girl WEARING jewelry SHE GIFTED HIM, meaning he RE-GIFTED . For a Rich Boy, that's fucking PATHETIC, but then again, it shows he nevered wanted to risk MORE money on girls who were just flings and toys anyway to him! It's the President of the Club Eiji was in, Tachibana, his sempai, and an associate of Kondo, AKA their fuck buddies, and she is basically what MIYUKI thought she was to Kondo, she assumed SHE was using Kondo for her own gain, before we're shown Kondo plays her dumb ass like a fiddle! Tachibana, even Kondo, knows he is a pawn to her! She originally tried to do what she got Kondo to do on Eiji, only Eiji rejected her because unlike Miyuki, HE was loyal and a good guy and not a COWARD like she was, though Tachibana was OFFENDED at his rejection so another part was to hurt him! But the major objective was to sabotage him as Tachibana HATES any one BETTER then her in something she sees herself as a SUPERIOR in! That Eri girl from Kondo's flashback, yeah Kondo ALSO didn't go after her on a whim too! This is when the two first met, and Eri was BETTER then her in studies, so she sic Kondo on her. Tachibana though doesn't seem to care about casuality and like Kondo, she's a bit of a Smug Snake in WAY over her head! As her plan to cover her ass if Kondo got in trouble, was her connection to him in the SMS was suppose to get deleted when he tried to delete them in panic....thing was Kondo when shit went to hell BROKE HIS PHONE! Meaning all the evidence of her involvement is still up and about and it leads to her downfall! Even the Teacher notes Kondo's involvement with Miyuki is suspicious as yeah EVERYONE once they get to know Kondo, realize he's not as SMART as he likes to think he is or tricking others into thinking it! Even Miyuki originally looked down on him....and that was her mistake, looking down on him, then FORGETTING WHY SHE DID SO! As the affair was NEVER suppose to get as involved as she let it!

The other interviews and Eiji's testimonies contradict everything he's saying! Kondo is so SMUG, he can't control himself, and actually is in a panic since he didn't make sure to KNOW what Miyuki specifically told the Teacher! His need to CONTROL the conversation and again his SMUGNESS meant while the teacher only has contradictions and no real evidence! He's only made it CLEAR that he isn't to be trusted and he DID do something!
Best part is this is going to come back and HAUNT all of them sans Eiji, his interview only makes things WORSE for the two twats

Yeah turns out Kondo's LOUDNESS fucked him over! A Streamer was doing a stream nearby and caught the entire thing on the stream, no words, but a VERY CLEAR VIEW that everything Eiji said happen as he remembered DID HAPPEN, and everything Miyuki and ESPECIALLY Kondo claimed happened DIDN'T! Such as "Kondo never hit Eiji" or "Eiji grabbed Miyuki!" LOL it's clearly showed he DID lay a hand on Eiji, and WAS the one to grab Miyuki! THIS proves they lied and connects Kondo back to the picture of Miyuki's wrist, which is now a PROVEN LIE the BOTH OF THEM KNEW was a lie! So Miyuki is COOKED as well as an Accomplice! He DID give her one last chance! The whole point of bringing up Eiji would get in trouble to both of them was to see their reactions! The fact Miyuki was WILLING even in her regret to throw him under the bus, and Kondo HOPING for the ruination and barely if at all hiding it! Shows their CHARACTER! Their both DONE when this is found....especially as it's Eiji's MOM who is the one to COOK THEM! She sees it WITH the Teacher along with finding out WHAT was happening in School to Eiji! And she files on Eiji's behalf, along with suing them for the Slander and damages! This leads to the cops going to QUESTION Kondo, and Kondo COOKING himself by instead of "keeping cool" he assaults the questioning officer and tries to run for it, getting arrested and taken away PUBLICALLY which starts the death knell of the LIES against Eiji since REMEMBER the idiot BASKED in tricking everyone that he was a HERO who saved Miyuki from Eiji, only well Eiji is getting a award at the time for a good deed he and Ai do prior that the school awards him for, and this means ALOT of students see Kondo's arrest, next to THAT making them QUESTION if the lie was true or not against him! The arrest of Kondo starts making them QUESTION if the assault he CLAIMED to save Miyuki from Eiji was true.
Suffice to say that is the point where it's OVER for all of them! The Soccer Club AND Miyuki especially for lying on his behalf
