Such a heartwarming chapter with AI-chan helping MC, right before King Endou arrives like a big storm for Miyuki and Kondo :meguu: A little spoiler: the mastermind behind all this chaos all along is actually the literature club president, Tachibana

It's actually not. It's precisely following the order of chapters in the light novel. And from a chronological standpoint, it makes sense as well. Kondo and Miyuki have already decided to skip school the next day, implying they'd rather fool around in bed and relax the following morning. The scene between Eiji and Ai is likely happening before Kondo and Miyuki are even awake again, so the scene transition makes sense. There are a few sequences in the LN where they do the whole "Meanwhile, earlier this morning..." bit to cut to what some other characters were doing at the same time as another plot development. Too much of that kind of storytelling gets on my nerves, though, unless it's part of the story genre (e.g., time travel as a plot point, whodunnit and crime mysteries that cut back to explain how the grand scheme was enacted or discovered, etc.)

Anyway, for everyone chomping at the bit for the next part of the cheaters' comeuppance, you'll have to wait even longer, because that "Earlier this morning..." bit I was just talking about? That's going to happen here. If the manga continues to follow the LN exactly as written, then next we're going to see the meeting between Eiji's mom, Takayanagi-sensei, and the principal. After that, it'll be the entire rest of Eiji and Ai's day together, from leaving school, walking home, meeting with the man Eiji's mom talked to on the phone in a recent chapter, planning for a proper date the next day, and having dinner at Kitchen Aono. Only after all that does the story cut back to earlier that day, when Kondo and Miyuki finally decide to leave the love hotel, and all hell breaks loose when they're immediately approached by a police officer...

So, probably 1-2 chapters of adult conversation about the bullying issue and happy dating fluff before we get back to the cheaters, where we should have a good couple of chapters about the start of their downfall.
We can take a break from the bitches, give me more interaction between the couple.

A lot will happen to her, but long story short:
  • Exposed as the mastermind
  • Arrested for all the shit she did
  • Expelled from school with all the bullies
  • Will be trialed as an adult
  • Her lawyer gives up on her and even "taunts" her how MC won an award for his novel
  • She still didn't learn anything from all of this, and refuses to accept her life is over

Her trial will probably be over soon in the WN, it's the only thing left that is tied to the bullying case.
I feel like she's gonna return for revenge on eiji, but this time she might target ai to break him

Nah, this is Japan, her life is over. She will go to prison for sure, her family will disown her, she has no future...

Plus, Ai and her Dad are extremely powerful, you think they won't keep an eye on everyone like Ai is doing right now?

Don't tell me he doesn't just have rock solid backup  all around him but he's  also a great writer, to the point that it wasn't just Kondo simply wanting to ruin his "perfect" relationship with a "perfect" girl (only for him to immediately find a better one) but a/the clubmember(s) that painted a target on Miyuki because they wanted him gone out of envy?

I do rate this highly, it's great rage bait because there's so little even remotely like it, but by itself? It's honestly not  that great.

Yup she has no future she lost everything, she has nothing to lose, and that's what makes her dangerous, that's why I think she might do something unexpectable beyond our imagination

Just learned that Mitsuda the informant who turned against the soccer club was let off with just 2 weeks suspension and is currently resuming his academic career!

Also, it appears that Miyuki has possibly got a visit from her ‘Sperm Donor’ father… what HE wants, only time will tell…

On our side we know our dude is innocent, but someone teaching you how to use Word is not a good litmus test for whether their an asshole. Awful people often have charming personalities
It's probably more along the lines of "He was so patient and kind while teaching me, no way he would abuse his girlfriend!"
But yeah, believing someone over a single interaction where they show kindness is not something you should do IRL
