Like I said in an earlier chapter Cattleya as all the writings for the final boss but she hasn't done anything wrong yet. It wasn't evens subtle when she said the dragon mom earlier so it just kinda feels weird that Magnus has the misguided back story I thought she would have. I would want to put her at world destruction tier but I don't think she'd blow up the wold for a new utopia over the one she's already trying to build up. ...Maybe that will be her change to a villain.
