Kinda looks like she had a physically abusive boyfriend, so maybe she's thinking that Yuka should have ended up with that guy so that he can enjoy hurting her and Yuka can enjoy being hurt? Which obviously S&M is not abuse, but maybe Mako doesn't properly understand it and had a bad thought.
