wha da hell??? as if the whole stay by my side wasn't confusing enough, the author also kept the sister route semi open by hinting that both siblings have a "complex" for each other. granted both Saki and Himeko's moments were weaker than Haruki's so there's that.

Honestly think the quality of the story telling took a massive dip there in the middle of this chapter. I liked the start, I liked the relationship between the two leads, and I've liked some of it since then... but the kitten is just, really bad writing imo. It's basically beating you over the head going "THIS IS A METAPHOR FOR HARUKI, DO YOU GET IT??????"
