Advanced Search - "Has translated chapters" should exclude deleted or DMCA'd chapters.

Searching for title that has chapters available in "English" for example... If the uploaded titles have been erased (like what happens when a group is banned because their site paywalls access to chapters) or if the chapters are still listed, but unavailable due to DMCA takedown... for example: Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden ... Then that title should not be treated as having chapters available in the selected language.

It would also be nice if that included excluding chapters from banned groups... because I sometimes get directed to a title that only has chapters available from a group that I personally banned. (which I only do for groups that are so incredibly bad that pointing out all the mistakes would require me to TL the entire chapter for them. Or officially recognized paywall sites. (a.k.a. licensed publishers))

That would needlessly frustrate people looking for interesting manga that are willing to check other aggregator sites for 'unavailable' chapters in the chosen language.

An additional filter to only show only manga with available chapters in the chosen language would be better, since it doesn't take away functionality from people. That's separate from whether this is suitable for implementation, since I believe such suggestions have already been made.

If someone wants to find manga with no translated chapters, then they just leave the box unchecked.

Right? ... Or is there some amazing reason I'm not understanding for allowing the search to return titles with no available chapters in the selected language when you specifically ask for available chapters in the selected language?

I already told you why:

Here's the exact same reason, but in more words:
Currently, if you check the 'Has translated chapter' tickbox and select (for example) English, the search results can contain manga that mangadex does not offer any chapters for because they're all unavailable. That is the current behavior, there are translated chapters (they exist), but they are not available; Having translated chapters and those chapters being available are two separate things.

Why is this good? Because many people use Mangadex because of its nice interface. They search for new manga to read and do not care if mangadex itself does not offer the translated chapters, because they can go to another aggregator site and find them there. Use Mangadex for its nice searching experience, find the chapters elsewhere if necessary. By tying availability and existence of translated chapters together like in your request (if there are available chapters, don't show the manga in the search results), you are making that impossible and taking that functionality away from those people, which is shitty. Therefore, as already said as well

Ah, okay. I didn't know the search on mangadex also informed us that aggregator sites have translated chapters that haven't been uploaded to mangadex.
