I see the angle but I doubt those two will be the ones to inspire that type of change in Sakura, they have their own jobs to worry about, maybe if we see Sakura's new manager that gets explored a little bit, but having only a tv drama side role to show after the time skip might be a hint at a different reality of Sakura's career.

Think it was something being talked about in the JP comments. Also Movie > TV drama by a fair margin, so its weird that she hasn't gotten her own breakout movie role while Fumi and Shinobu are poised to.

Well, I remember someone here saying that Fumi and Shinobu's movie was an amateur film or 50 minutes long or something like that, I don't remember exactly, but I think Sakura's TV role is more important or bigger than Shinobu and Fumi's movies

This new production they're working on is going to be on a much bigger scale, hence Shinobu being told to work with Fumi and write a better script this time. They're previous was indeed the amateur film one but it was well received enough to get some theatre screenings as well, hence the producer guy reaching out to them after the time skip.
Where it goes from here can still be the determining factor for the end yet, but so far its not looking hot based on what we've been shown.
