From what i remember MC practically becomes a God, so all of his children are also born Gods, and like in myths and lores of Earth, Gods having sex with their own children and siblings is quite common.

I added siblings, because remember the half-brother of MC that was showcased in Chapter 1. Well first he gets his gender forcefully changed to a girl by the enemy, and then while working with MC, he loses his memories and completely becomes a woman in both mind and body. Though on a side note, the memories that MC's half-brother loses actually end up traveling to the past, and creates his own story in a divergent plot-line from the main story.
