Honestly, Sakura is a character who is built so poorly. After going through so many things, she is still just a person with a completely empty brain, without growing or developing even a single bit.

I can agree with you that Sakura is one of most guillible characters i ever saw in manga and one of the dumbest one too.

If it was the author's intention to make her a hateable she made a fantastic job but if it wasn't her intetintion she literally made one of the dumbest writings i ever saw in a character.

Judging by the radio silence after her rants, this was for sure not planed by any of them, not just the author! She probably had a retribution idea, like a full blown normal thing in dramas... But she forgot that this was a rom-com, not a drama.

But revenge for what?he literally did not have any fault about the Fumi's kiss and that cheating moment was one of the worst writing moments i ever saw in a manga(even the ntr fans hate it) and now the author and the editors is going to do some damage control because of their own stupid writing(i read that the sealling from volume 13 are really low).

You pretty much answered your own question. The answer for everything is "BAD WRITING", nothing else...
99% of NTR artists are garbage writers, who probably lack basic human emotions and contact, and don't have normal social skills. Just look how they write their characters and stories, always the same dumb c/p shit, with like not a single brain cell used to make it a little bit different. Yeah someone will call that out with "It's NTR, people are supposed to be dumb", and i'm gonna say NO to that. That's where that 1% comes into play... We had a few examples here already about good written NTR manwas, mangas and h-doujin. They are rare, but possible if the author is a normal person. This one unfortunately isn't in that group...

Just look at it logically, how do you fix this bad of an character assassination? The only way is to sink the other important characters to the same level! That's why they are letting Shinobu sleep with Fumi, and are probably gonna create some more drama around it to sink him to Sakura's level... If they are planning to get them back together and have the fan accept it.

I think where the 'condom' is doesn't really matter; maybe Fumi bought it beforehand, or Shinobu will pull out (with the way he does foreplay so skillfully, I think he is capable of pulling out in time), or maybe Fumi will use emergency contraceptive pills...

I don't think Shinobu and Fumi is not on the same level of Sakura and Fuckboi because both are SINGLE and passed mouths after they broke up and Fumi showed way more her love him than Sakura ever did(and can't see a scenario where he betrays Fumi or Fumi betrays Shinobu right now) and i think they're doing this sex moments to start a damage control right now.

One thing i'm sure is that we will have a big drama towards the misunderstand and a big drama beetwen Sakura and Shinobu.

Honestly, I cannot think of any normal scenario for Shinobu and Fumi to break up, and then for Sakura to get back with Shinobu. If Sakura is forcibly brought back together with Shinobu, that scenario will definitely be just as stupid as the one that led to chapter 129.

I think the way the author behaved after the backlash, i think it wasn't her intention.So the magazine is having big headache with that work because of her.

KA’s fuck up is using H-logic on a manga (Chapter 128 and 129). If 128 and 129 were h-doujins, I promise you, no one would have an issue. Now Sakura (FMC BTW) is probably the most hated character in the manga, publishers are panicking. It’s either they play incredible damage control, retcon chapter 129, or deviate from intended story progression and let Fumi win.

Idk, I have my doubts about that too. I think they could have just had Sakura “disappear”, but they went with the message, signing with another agency and “moving with the fuckboi.” I think it’s impossible for an author not to know that if they went down that route, that character would be hated
