Oh no not at all. Like I said she intended to keep the producer bit a secret. She thought as much when taking off her bra.

It's just there was still hesitation regardless.

Here we see her think on it but she doesn't think of Fuckboi. She only thinks of what Nagi and Mio said. If they were together you'd think he'd also be part of that thought process even if she still goes through with it. Much like with Shinobu during both the producer and Yuma before he thrusted into her.

Well 132 is just shy of a 1000 comments and 133 is just shy of 500 so I see engagement is still pretty good. Readers seem to want to know what happens next which is why I think Arir isn't showing sakura's relationship status just yet what ever it's is would make or break shinobu X sakura so I think she is using that unknown to tease us with that possibility. Just know she can and will let you down there again.

I think it was about both aspects(romantic way and proffesional way) but you can be right too.
