My only issue with him disappearing is the mystery of his relationship to Sakura in the current day. Bro confessed twice and they slept together and after a time skip he just goes poof? Even blonde atp has more panel time than fucboi lol. I know mystery solves itself if he continue to be absent but for some people they would like that more direct answer to it.

What Nagi said to Sakura in chapter 133 clearly hinted that he was just a one-night stander.

Fumi didn't know Shinobu broke up with Sakura till they met again in talk with the producer. Should you contact a guy who you know he stays with his wife or girlfriend? For what? For Infidelity?

The bad writing is, the author let Fumi be quiet and do nothing though she's the reason of misunderstanding.

In common sense, if you realize you’re the cause of a misunderstanding, you’d try to explain, right?

Imagine you're Fumi. Wouldn’t you try to contact Sakura to clear things up? Why did nothing till being informed they broke up because of you?

Fumi does have Sakura’s phone number. She asked her about gravure work. Could she really just let the misunderstanding persist without doing anything? This is what I call bad writing.

The other just want to separate Shinobu and Sakura by very poor script.

Well you can see it like fuckboi does everything to get slutkura so does fumi. And the writing is valid in this here. But than both are villains so idk.
The bad writing started way earlier. Reject fuckboi and he knows he has no chance with you. Reject blondie offer or talk with shinobu what he is saying to that.
Shinobu literally did nothing wrong and acted accordingly like a boyfriend would. Maybe he should say that he slept with fumi because he was drunk yet again he was drunk...
Also not to mention this chapter. Ive rarely seen a mangaka that put characters from earlier chapters in just for them being useless... airi really has talent in how bad her writing is.

Sorry if it's a bother but could you specify the dialog, I've gone over it a few time now but nothing really stood out to me in determining fucboi is not going steady with Sakura and I didn't want to be too hopeful heading into 134

Yea I tried looking too. After all there's no indication that Sakura even mentions fuckboi, just Shinobu.

Their presence will drive the plot forward in a much more subtle way, like having Sakura take that new offer, or enabling her to confront Shinobu directly the next time they meet instead of running away again.

I guess that in itself could be the hint, and the way the conversation went into the more sexual aspects of doing gravure. I'd say I'm a pretty experience reader when it comes to these things, so I'll believe anything that feeds into my ShiKura cope that's still burning.

Coming back to talk slutkura into a more erotic actor role is pretty much useless atp. They couldve literally drive it forward easily by slapping slutkura once and the plot would go 200mph. Imo both are useless. Im just waiting her to accept the offer and see how she will fall even more than she already does. No redemption possible after.

Why do you think she'd react well? I don't see any sign of that in Chapter 133; I think she'd still react badly when she sees Shinobu with the girl she thinks cheated on her

The only reason to believe slutkura can be or will be redeemed after she takes the offer or that she will react well

Man, but that character broke the bond between Sakura and Shinobu, a bond that was built over 130 chapters. You could say that character is far more important than Nagi and Mio, by a long far. That character can’t just disappear like that, especially after what he told Shinobu at the café.

Maybe not well per say, but better than running away like the last time. She had a chance to talk about the breakup with some old friends who don't have any ulterior motives with her like say fucboi did or blonde even. There's not guarantee that Fumi will be right next to Shinobu again when the reunite and that's a good first step to just open up the conversation.

Well, I think I'll leave this topic here. I don't want to get into the whole rape issue because it's already tiresome and boring, so I'll just say that the manga isn't portraying the whole Sakura and the fuckboi thing as rape

Yep, I also thought that last line drop from Fumi going "for the sake of the script" to be a bit weird, like she doesn't want to tie him down completely. as for the no "I love you"'s, a minor detail that was touched but that could easily change.

Fumi might be the one to push them back together by willingly self-sacrificing her own happiness and it would be pretty in character for her to do so.

I'm not coping jimi is in prime position to be the end girl her character is more I line with him but HIS at this moment still isn't that's why to door is yet to be shut. The other hurdle is Sakura cut him deep and doesn't even know that yet with fuckboi telling shinobu about the sex while he was looking for her.

In our eyes? Literally nothing.
She said she'd support Shinobu and his pursuit of his dream.

One thing she did right was actually talk to Shinobu when she was told by Yuma that he was seen hugging another girl. She heard what Shinobu said on how he saved Fumi from a baited situation and believed him.

But the kiss, and things she heard out of context she wouldn't affirm or talk about. She just let it build up her insecurities.
