I'm just worried that I'll get the internet shut off if I tried to torrent anime since it can get you fined and what not in the USA I believe? I said this earlier, but I got a DMCA letter during the pandemic and I haven't been the same since

I tried ProtonVPN and it SUCKS It was going to take weeks if I continued...
I'm scared to use 1.1.1.1 because I heard it doesn't protect you from getting caught. Should I do it though?

If you use WARP you're probably okay. If you just change your system DNS settings to 1.1.1.1 you're not hidden. (Disclaimer: pirating is bad, mm-kay?)
