I have a feeling we're going to start seeing it sooner than later, Airi hides her FMC thoughts way too much that often the side female characters end up being better characters most of the time like we're seeing here with Fumi. Niiyama was also a better character than Iida for most of the story because while she liked that trash senpai guy she at least had a grasp of her feelings and even understood the MC a bit.
In the hentai you get the full dark ending experience where she does sleep around post break up and then shares those stories to MC. In the manga they add the twist where she actually doesn't sleep around (shown in the locker room scene flashback where she refuses the threesome) but lies in order to make the MC happy so that he can feel his "love" for her.
It's been enough time, Sakura will have to learn the truth sooner or later and have the weight of her actions come crashing down on her fake reality. The question of KA's fetish isn't even relevant here basic ahh writing sense.

The only thing is that Airi did not write the manga, she only did the doujinshi. It was Kei Oike (Miike) who changed the original story of doujinshi (in the manga version) and did the illustration, and those changes were just approved by Airi. In her recent interview, she says that she let people do whatever they wanted with karamizakari and gave then creative freedom.

Yep I agree with you there 100%. I'm really banking on KA having more to say about Sakura before the story ends though, just because my gut check feeling is that Sakura while being under developed still has more potential than Iida whose story is finished (ignoring spinoffs) so it's not a fair complete comparison but one still worth making for now.
But to be fair to Airi,she had a manga called a "I tried living with a goddess for a year" that was written and ilustrated by her and it was a happy ending for both of them.
I mean we all know they're going to cross paths again. Fumi has won now, it's time for the stupid drama to start showing.
