I don't think things will go that far with 129 I have reread it and it's more mutual than I would have liked it to be it's in line with most Japanese porn Sakura was in fact reciprocating there and the ntr was given hints that it would happen. Sadly I can't really see this happening as much as we would like. Unless for whatever reason the volume comes out and 129 is suddenly labeled as 128.5 then it's hard to say.

Airi herself said she has no plans to change it but welcomes those who want to come in and change up the story with their versions, I guess in the same manner as her letting someone else do the manga version of her doujin work.

Everyone is saying it's getting axed, and maybe it was, but for all we know this volume was planned to be the last anyway so they tried to cram in as much as they can. If 129 does become 128.5 then it would give them another space for a chapter to help with that ending. But the last panel in this chapter says there's only 2 left, so I don't think it's being forced out of the mainline chapters or even as a "what if".
