I feel like Agawa became really unlikeable at the beggining because she was being a whore and Gotou was hoplessly in love.
But now that the latest (40? 50?) chapters have made Gotou a dumb whore too they seem like a more alike match than before.
To me is the oposite I really liked Agawa on the early volumes, I have a soft spot for gyarus, and i like her design, but when her, lets call it depresion arc started, she, in my opinion, fell off, I feel that even narative wise, she not only lost momentum, but made her situation worse with the little that she did in the last 40-50 chapters, and I know that she might have her resons, but the thing is, we known Agawa since day one of the manga, 107 chapters, and we still don´t know her to the degree we know other characters, I feel I understand Shinna, Shigemi and even Kiyomi more that I do Agawa. And that is a shame, we know that there is a high chanse that she and Gotou will end up together by the end, but if the manga ends up soon, at least I will feel that it was rushed.
With Gotou I am more neutral, the thing i like about him is that his personality is more entretaining that 90% of romance protagonists, I wolud have him over Kasuya any time (low bar I know).
To wrap up, to me it feels like Takeda wanted to swap Gotou and Agawa´s roles, now Gotou is the slut and Agawa is hopelessly in love, maybe so they can undestand each other better but honestly idk.
