Like box said it will have a bittersweet feeling to make Sakura x Shinobu ending because it would cost a amazing character like Fumi and Sakura destroyed everything by herself and the happy ending with Shinobu x Fumi open the gap to Sakura having her own happy ending(probably single) and coming back with gravature and maybe work again with Shinobu and Fumi and is way easy to accept that ending.

Sakura's consequences won't be external, more internal when she learns the truth, we haven't seen it yet so we don't really know how to feel. Right now I don't see Shinobu suddenly confessing to Fumi out of nowhere, we don't even know how he truly feels about her. A drama is probably happening.

What we mentioned is Sakura's pain is not enough for the fans to forgive her and let her become Shinobu's girlfriend again.

We haven't witnessed her pain yet to really judge, right now it's only been a slow decline which is not enough.

The problem is that it doesn't have enough time to that happen and we have to know that her past actions has a high height on peoples judgement and for people's judgement that ending is really going to be bad.

If both the ongoing sub-plots keep going separately then I would agree, but we don't know where the story is really going now with that last page foreshadowing those three crossing paths for the finale.

And for Fumi's case we clearly see Shinobu has developed feelings for her and that case is way easier to solve than try to make a ending with Sakura because it has to jump so many steps and Sakura won't have faced real consequences here.

Agreed here.JP fans seems to be really resentful for what Sakura did.So it doesn't matter what Airi does here it won't be enough to solve the hate problem

I hate myself, I hate what the writer did because it is truly disgusting when you go back to the 1st chapter, see how the two met, seeing their alike thoughts and then the journey they've taken to get to where we are now. Sakura cheated, but the tiniest of sub texts is that she was taken advantage of because she's gullible, weak, and stupid. Shinobu has remained true to his character since the start, and if he does it to the end, the finale might be disappointing for some.

That’s exactly what was the attempt in chapters 132–134, trying to claim it's just one-time sex. But fans still couldn't accept it.

The reason is that, prior to chapter 129, Sakura had done many terrible things behind Shinobu’s back all the time. So when the penetration happened, all that pent-up resentment just exploded.

It doesn't matter if Sakura did it one-time or many times, fans simply couldn't accept it.

For forgiveness to be possible, the penetration must not happen even once, just like the incident with the director that Sakura survived in the last minute.

People are really hating on Airi and Sakura.And the chapter engagement really reduced so i expect that number reduce even more in 135 and 136

Japanese readers tend to either love something intensely or hate it completely. There are few who feel indifferent or casual about it.

I don't hate Sakura but i think she does not deserve to end with Shinobu.Sakura ending single with some development would be the best ending for her in my opinion

Funny thing is from a story perspective fumi will deal the heavy blow to Sakura she has no reason to lie to sakura especially if she tell her they didn't get together until a few days ago.

Interesting, this means Fumi and Sakura to have a run-in first, but the ending pages this chapter makes it feel like it'll more likely be Shinobu and Sakura with some potential meddling from Mio

I think having queen Mio continue to MVP is more feasible since she's still behind the wheel....literally. Just needs to spot a wild Shinobu with her inhuman eyesight and run him over for some quick drama. She did say she was going to punch him (or was it just Nagi) the next time she sees him anyway so this is just the vehicular version of it, just have to keep it under 20mph unless she wants break some of Director Shinobu's bones.

Zombie Afureta actually got a decent manga adaption, I remember reading the VN, didn't think it'd get a manga like this.
