Mizuki, yikes. I'm sure Ren is capable of setting boundaries so I like to think she can get Mizuki to chill. This manga is grounded enough that I don't expect the typical over the top hyper possessive stalker caricature.

We know so little about Sui that we can't really say yet. Could be a twinge of guilt or catching feelings like you said, could be a bit of embarrassment that her gift was received so well, could be that Sui was imagining how the other girl would react OR that Reina pulled all of Sui's attention so the other girl didn't even cross her mind for the first time. Definitely a complicated look for such a brief scene.

I'm sorry, I just really don't get why Ren is so taken with Sui.
I'm guessing since Ren mentioned she started dating Mizuki, she actually did trim her nails! Love that for them.
(I know the message spam can be off-putting, but my toxic trait is always fixating on clingy sub bottoms so I tolerate it and forgive Mizuki cause she's cute.)

Guilt is definitely a part of it, although guilt for what is unclear. She could be feeling guilty for playing with Ren's feelings, or guilty for thinking about another woman instead of the one she is supposedly in love with. I think it's also just surprise. Ren makes it about Sui rather than about herself. There's also a chance she noticed the difference in the initial positive reaction when it was just a gift for Ren and the secondary positive reaction when it was about something was Sui's favorite. I think for most people it's normal to just accept a gift, but Ren used it as a moment to figure something out about Sui, as in she's paying attention to her. That contrast can do a lot.
