And thus the cycle continues, everyone here getting baited because of Airi's crack writing. The idea now is this, just move on with whatever interpretation you're comfortable with, story is done. Both sides can spin the same argument using the same stuff shown in the same 2 chapters over and over and the point would would never go anywhere, because of the level of writing here the doesn't justify with the levels of discussion done over it.

So what if they were dating for a few months? wow nice! big win! Then they break up because of Sakura doing sex scenes and 5 years later she's walking around wearing Shinobu's necklace. If we use hentai logic it works I suppose, goes well with Airi's decision making in the end.
How does it feel getting your SakuraxShinobu ending but it fucking sucks, even for that

So I guess I can interpret the ending like this:

-The old boarding house exploded because of Chico’s experiment, killing both Chico and Ryusei.

-Mio got into a car accident and crashed into Sakura’s mother, who had come to confront her after seeing Sakura perform the sex scene, killing them both.

-Nagi, the fuckboy, and the blonde girl all died of AIDS.

-Sakura contracted HIV from both the fuckboy and people involved in directing her previous acting jobs.

-Shinobu lived together with the producer as a gay couple for five years, and the reason he cried and smiled while filming Sakura was because he knew she was going to die of AIDS. LoL

-Fumi, who is single, is about to pick up her roughly four- or five-year-old child, who was conceived through unprotected sex. She’s going to teach her kid, “Whenever you need to write something down, never use a pen. Use literally anything else, or Mom won’t talk to you for months.” And, of course: “Never let an idiot like Katsura Airi pick up a pen and write a mainstream manga ever again.”

I guess that interpretation works, right?

Hmmm I was conflicted at first, but given that it's Airi, actually not the worst ending she could've penned, has it's moments in this final chapter, it really was just final few pages that were confusing decisions. It'll grow on me over time I guess if I ever think back to this.

If you want to take it to that extreme for GraPara! go for it, I'll keep mine simple, Shinobu and Sakura reunit and team up again in an albeit twisted presentation in Airi fashion and hopefully the bonus chapter is more about them.

wise words by the retard herself https://x.com/airikatsura/status/2091122735388975149 dont judge here fetish guys she is malding again cause her cuck fetish is getting attacked again lmao
She has a point, the only thing wrong here is that I believe a fair percentage of the JP readers that were paying are also pretty uhappy but the loud foreigners copy pasting criticisms on socials this past month+ make her argument valid here.

Yea her complaint is valid here. She's at least acknowledging it's okay to be dissatisfied with the work. So she knows it's not really being enjoyed.

Cope thought? It means the coming bonus chapter will be a means to maybe remedy it.

But scrolling down to see what people said of her tweet only to see Summer Cinderella from Nikke made me happyyyyyyyyy

Sounds like a cheap excuse, if only the comments on the website were different from those on Twitter, she would be right.

The funny thing is that she ignores her audience. I understand that she gets angry with foreigners, but almost all the JP people I saw on Twitter were angry.

The good thing is that in the case of Nishikida, most of them were praising him.

Well there goes my hope for a good bonus chapter at the end she is going to go scorched earth on it now since she will almost certainly crash out when it goes full free. Really wish people would stop pestering her on x we have enough authors already ran off that platform for stupid shit. Well now Arir there aren't two many happy comments on the jp site and they are all paying.

Also what she is complaining about is like carrying a bucket of water and being surprised that some of it spilled out when walking!

It do be a bit funny. Stuff gets leaked all the time so it's nothing new. It just means more exposure and possibly some more fans.

Well Japanese people are corporate drones so they don't see it that way Arir can't take a win no matter how it's served up to her. For every complaint she gets from a foreigner there are just as many who liked the manga maybe not happy with where things went after 127 but over all enjoyed it they just aren't going to heap praise on her.

Funniest part of her complaint is without the "leaks" she would be completely unknown outside of Japan.

I think it's a stretch to assume their relationship deteriorated just because she swapped to sanzuke. You should know that calling your lover with san is extremely common over there, with the more popular options being referring to them without honorifics or with a title like Otou-san or Okaa-san if they have kids together. While it does seem less close, there's any number of reasons for her to have swapped other than them not getting together after that one night, so calling it obvious...nah, I don't think so.

It's not strange if she wasn't planning on staying over, which is what appears to have happened. She told him, he told her not to and then she dipped. It would be closer if she sat next to him to tell him, but she'd also have no reason to tell him if she wasn't dating him anyways so you can cancel out those points.

"staying with" arguably makes my point stronger. You could argue that "dating or going out" with an actress could mean they aren't dating yet, but staying with directly implies that they are in fact dating, and that she's saying it's hard to stay together.
Either way, even if it was a one time thing, which I sincerely doubt, either way she's still a bitch in my eyes, and I hope i never see Airi work on anything again, she's right up there with Nikumara who did Koushiki Furin after telling everyone it was gonna be about pure love.
It's obvious you’ve strayed from the actual point which was explaining the author's intended message to readers (us) and instead got sidetracked into debating whether Sakura character is a "good" or "bad" person. LOL (I laughed at this misunderstanding, I wasn't laughing at you. Please don't get the wrong idea.)

I've ever prefaced by stating that I am not writing to please @diphuc1 (and @box2024 ) who are ShiKura fans or try to defend Sakura, a stance that many here are already aware of. It is partly my fault that I didn't include that disclaimer this time, leading those who unfamiliar with my previous posts to mistakenly believe that I am a fan of the Sakura character. LOL I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.

Anyway, I disagree with you regarding the use of "-san," but I agree with @diphuc1 who has observed this matter.

The point is, it is normal for your wife to call you "-san" if she has done it since before you married her.

However, it'd certainly be unusual if she used "-kun" before marriage but switched to "-san" afterwards. It'll be normal if she switches to call only your name without any suffix after marriage. But it's not normal to change from "-kun" to "-san" because you'll feel bad about it.

If you’ve read enough rom-com manga, you’ll come across stories where the FMC switches calling the MC from "-kun" to "-san" to let him know she’s upset and wants him to make amends. LOL

Personally, as an Asian, I am accustomed to these cultural nuances, things Westerners often don't grasp because they don't encounter them in their daily lives.

For example, Western students call a teacher by name such as "Mr. Robert" whereas Japanese students initially call a teacher by their title alone. This is because it is considered "IMPOLITE" to use the personal name of someone with whom you are not yet close.

So, Japanese students will call Mr. Robert only "Sensei" by omitting the name "Robert" (Westerners often mistake this for a nickname, but it isn't. We are addressing the person based on their social role rather than assigning them a casual nickname).

Only after becoming closer, we're allowed to use their name. Addressing someone by their name right from the start is considered impolite (against privacy), please don't do it. If you don't know the person's social status, just call them by comparing the person to your family members like uncle, bros, kid, etc.

There’s actually a trick to this. If you meet a middle-aged woman who is old enough to be your mother and want her to help you something (maybe you're losing the way while travelling), yes, you’d normally call her "Auntie." But it's better to call her "Big Sis" instead and she’ll be really pleased because it implies you don't think she looks old! LOL. However, this technique doesn't work with men because, in opposite, it comes across as an insult. With men, you should just address them according to their actual age, like "Uncle." LOL

I therefore both admire and endorse the observations made by @diphuc1 who is not an Asian but has clearly picked up on these details. Good job.

BTW, to truly enjoy a fiction, we must understand the culture of the country and the time where the author resides. I personally make an effort to understand the cultures especially older ones from study histories to grasp the authors' cultural backgrounds and mindsets in order to better connect with the messages they intended to convey. The same applies to manga because proper understanding of Japanese society and culture allows me for more enriching reading experience.

However, this doesn't really work well for Grapara because the characters come across as people with a mental disorder who can switch personalities instantly, not undergoing a gradual development like other mangas. LOL
Oh, I agree with your perspective on Airi Katsura (sensei) because Confucius once said, "A fool is known by saying at least a single word."

It's like how reading her posts on X (Twitter), articles and Grapara reveals that AK (Sensei) likely suffers from some mental illness for a long time, just don't know which level it's now. Normal manga creator won't intend to lure rom-com readers to read the NTR manga from the start without guilt. So sad.

AK (sensei) is mentally ill because she inhabits a world of insane people, a realm where actions deemed wrong in the real world are viewed as correct. Consequently, she commits these acts without any sense of guilt whereas ordinary people would be restraint by their conscience and moral. Only the insane people act with their own distorted belief.

The 2023 and 2024 articles shared by @A.Tanakaaa in chapter 135's discussion make it clear that she set out to deceive rom-com readers from the very beginning and actually enjoyed tormenting them (us).

If I read them sooner, I wouldn't have read Grapara because it is obvious that AK (sensei) takes pleasure in hurting people and the rom-com readers are her specific targets. It’s like knowing someone has arranged to meet you in order to physically harm you, you certainly wouldn't go to meet them just to get killed or injured, right? LOL

But on the other hand, it’s a good thing that I didn’t read it in 2023 or 2024. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be here with you guys, right? LOL

I’d rather not discuss about the word "staying with" as it is extremely broad and doesn't necessarily imply a romantic relationship. It could be anything such as staying as close friends, colleagues, etc. We don't know because Grapara run out of chapters and panels.

It also applies to the "one-time sex" aspect that we don't know but only see that chapter 133–134 steer the narrative in that direction as an attempt to reduce the hatred directed at Sakura but it failed
because what readers truly want is for the FMC not to have sex with anyone other than the MC in a "rom-com" manga.

Furthermore, criticizing other authors in Grapara's disscusion is something I really prefer to avoid. I can do it at his/her manga discussion, not here.

We'll truly separate next week after the seem-to-be epilogue chapter (Keishi Nikishida sensei's style).

Please take care,

So, Airi Katsura (sensei) really believes that only Grapara manga was shown on the MagaPoke web site, doesn't she? It's her own delusion. LOL

My friends and I have had MagaPoke accounts and we read many Japanese mangas there, not just Grapara, using the online translater.
Then we ordered the volumes of mangas that we'd like to read them again thru the online shop or thru Kinokuniya bookstore.

I don't think someone who is mentally ill would change her mind and apologize even if we send her a picture of the bills. She’d probably accuse the bill was AI-generated! LOL

But she was right that we stopped investing on Grapara since chapter 129 as it's a waste of money. LOL

Again, I'm not angry at her. I feel pity and think she really need to see a doctor.
