Trying to remember the other one I read where the protagonist was essentially fully mechanical, only he had a unique design with a cyclops eye.

Despite the gross opening, sci-fi space operas are rare enough that I'm willing to see what the author is cooking. Not like I wasn't already reading his other two mangas anyway.

I have seen plenty of people call unmarried/virgin/childless women who look older than 20+ as MILF, just because they are OLDER.

Life's unfair buddy, not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Even I don't like seeing the FL getting raped but at least her spirit didn't break so that's what matters. She looks like she's gonna be very mentally strong, heck I wouldn't be surprised if she started killing too for the sake of self defense.

Doesn't make them any less wrong however. Sure I get that language evolves over time, as do the terms on which they are based, but that is only a symptoms of the disease you completely ignored in your response.

People are willing to distort their perception of reality to suit their point of view. The collective memory of society has been corrupted. Words are loosing they meaning as definitions are redefined. As much as i hate to say it, they are taking the quote "I reject your reality, and substitute my own" to the worst possible conclusion.

I absolutely agree. You can show how fucked the world is without even using rape, you could make use of the fact that she's a nun and someone could take advantage of her kindness or something, maybe even burn the church she's in to the ground. There's plenty of ways but rape is definitely a weird choice. Nobody likes seeing men or women get sexually assaulted.
