Yeah, see, like right there. It really feels like she's skipped crossdressing altogether and just plain has started identifying as a girl. The multiple characters giving (polite) pushback to make sure she's not just forcing herself for a crush, but still being generally supportive? Despite the whole "dickgirl" thing, eurgh, honestly that mirror reflection scene felt... genuine. Vulnerable. Maybe things can change, but, idk. Seems pretty trans to me.

All of there actions could have easily been excused as oh they are just crossdressing so that they can date the FMC but the "maybe I was meant to be a girl all along" make me think, "maybe they're trans and just don't realize it yet." That or they could be gender fluid, that actualy makes the most sence since I have had a night to sleep on it.

there isn't a cis explanation here. That girl wants to wear outfits that HER CRUSH likes. That is not a boy plan, that is a girl trying to ensnare her crush with her cute looks. Like her sister was like, ARE YOU SURE, and sooner or later that are you sure is going to be are you sure you're a boy?

With the impulsive change, MC's orientation appears to be FMC-centric and is adopting a gender identity for that purpose. At least at the outset, MC definitely seemed to want to be FMC's romance partner more than they wanted to be a cute girl. A comedy manga can be shallow but it will be more satisfying if there is a more in-depth self-reflection as the series progresses.
