They're not blaming him by telling him where he screwed up in all this and they literally tell Yuu the reasons he's an idiot, which: (1) it was wildly insensitive of him to go see Aya alone if he was in love w/ Hikari, even if Hikari told him to, but Yuu never thinks 2 steps ahead on how his actions will effect other people, which Aya also yelled at him for (2) even after all of this, he's still saying/thinking he's not important enough to Hikari for her to remember places they have memories in, which that insecurity is what kick started/underlies basically all his decisions that led here.
I mean, if my friend/ex who has been MIA for god knows how long texts me out of nowhere and is also clearly depressed and very self destructive id also rush to see her before she ends up hurting herself. I wouldn't really call it insensitive regardless of him and hikari being a thing, irresponsible maybe but still

I feel like we missed a lot of context and the story is moving to fast. How did Hikari find aya that fast and got to hot spring in the middle of the night on Christmas night?

Yeah which is why Hikari fully supported it, to the point of making it possible in the first place by giving Aya his number and texting Yuu throughout the encounter. But Yuu could have clarified his feelings for Hikari before going, maybe brought her along - definitely not told her he offered to throw her away for Aya. ETA: it's a bit clearer in the novel, but like there were at least a few days between Hikari sends Aya their numbers and Aya calls Yuu for Yuu to consider Hikari's feelings if Aya called him and address it w/ Hikari.

How did Hikari find aya that fast
Aya was probably at the bus stop Yuu's looking for them at in this chapter - it's a place Yuu and Hikari have memories with Aya.

He did it (chapter 47). Is Hikari who ended giving an indecisive response to Yuu feelings. Also, it´s very secure is Hikari who rejected going with Yuu to talk with Yami -other mistake from her part-.

He uses the same words to describe his feelings for Aya the page before, so nope not decisive.
So, Yuu is not decisive only because he said he would like have a threesome? Anyway, he used the same words to describe his PAST feelings for Aya. Past tense. Yuu is not fault about Hikari being a coward who is unable to ask directly him about his PRESENT feelings for Yami.
But again, he is the man, and...
Damn, even Haru and Yuki are reacting in this chapter upon the basis of "you are the man here", but again, they are in her right because they are common traditional Japanese girls, but here in Dex, almost everybody are feminists and progressives saying the same shit who any patriarchal Old Boomer dude would say it.
PS. And yes, everyone here are blaming Yuu just because he said he wanted to make a threesome.

When did he say or think that?

Like the core Yuu problem is that it's actually not all that clear if that is what he wants. He's willing to throw Hikari away for Aya but then tells Hikari it's for Hikari's sake - is he going after Aya b/c he really wants her or because he thinks she needs him and he thinks it's what Hikari wants? Does he love Hikari romantically or is it that he likes having her/is used to her as his just out of reach goal?

Yuu is single b/c Yuu hasn't convinced either girl that he really wants to be w/ her, which is a reasonable thing for folks to want from their partners.

In the chapter 4 of his omake arc in the WN. In his words to Hikari in chapter 47. And the last chapters, over all the chapter 50 when he says to Yami who he loves both Hikari and her. So, Yuu explicitly said he considers the sexual threesome as a valid solution for the present love crisis, and you are criticizing him for those words.
Like the core Yuu problem is that it's actually not all that clear if that is what he wants
This would be much more valid if these words wouldn´t be much more valid with Hikari sending him to see Ayami in chapters 49-50. Hikari is the real indecisive person here (and we still don´t know what was her response to Yuu´s confession), and her indecision carries Yuu and Yami with herself. Only because she cannot endure the idea of Yuu still feeling something for other girl even if he chose Hikari over Ayami (and he said this AGAIN in chapters 50-51, even in chapter 51, the moment when he considers throw Hikari, is more a dispaired move than other thing, and again, fault of Hikari for put him in that position to had to confront alone to Yami, and yes, is obvious Hikari decided about don´t go herself with Yuu).
Yuu is single b/c Yuu hasn't convinced either girl that he really wants to be w/ her, which is a reasonable thing for folks to want from their partners.
So, he wants a threesome and he wants to be with both girls, thanks for say the obvious.

See Hikari and Aya are perfect for each other. Look at how they're messing around and worrying all their friends and loved ones because they're a pair or stubborn wacko-ohs.

Everyone doubted the Dark Yuri, but I knew, from day one that it was destiny.

The best solution would be that the three of them part ways and decide to remain polite with each other in case they meet again and Aya finds herself professional help.

Oh wait, they're teenagers in a manga, so they will keep running in circles until one finally breaks out of it. Or all of them end up broken beyond repair.
