This Is probably a western work disguised as Japanese, it has all the typical agenda checklist:

• Lame, submissive, short, insecure and weak male MC
• hyper popular and dominant female, who's always younger, stronger and favoured by the plot
• male mc takes the servitude role (cooking, laundry, etc)
• male mc is constantly humiliated publicly, the more emasculating scenario the better
• female mc pretends to be clumsy, but she's probably doing all of this on purpose
• the plot pretends to portray female mc as a Yandere/Clingy little sister type, but it's actually full sadistic
• I'm 100% sure male mc is going to crossdress more than once, or probably become a running gag to normalize feminization
• hence the "so tiny", "so weak" remarks are specifically designed to show him as powerless and submissive
• the unusual size difference (giant little sister and under average height big brother) is just in order to visualize an adult woman taking advantage of a little boy
• this is confirmed by the unnecessary baby poses she uses to "manhandle" her big brother

Total garbage, overcharged male deconstruction propaganda, the "fetish" excuse can't justify half of the contents

Call me crazy but I just wrote here a summary of everything three female friends told me after reading just two chapters (two are avid manga readers, the third one is a psychologist)

Damn, is this even comedy? It's bordering drama territory here. I mean, what kind if person would tease "beloved" big brother like that when he was being vulnerable and sharing his insecurities?

I like the art, but I hope that it tones down the uncomfortable teasing.

Fascinating how when they do a role reversal how quickly people start feeling "uncomfortable" isn't it? Like, suddenly, guys be calling "RAPE!" and "INAPPROPRIATE TOUCHING!" and shit like that. It's kinda hilarious. [childhood sexual abuse survivor here] I admit that I find the role reversal "educational" for the discomfort it seems to be causing some folks. In that sense, it's definitely "original" in that it seems to have successfully made some male readers squick the fuck out, and I'm all here for that. "OH! SO IT'S FINE WHEN IT'S THE OTHER WAY AROUND, BUT FUNNY, THE MOMENT 'LITTLE SIS' IS 6'4" AND TOSSING 'BIG BRO' AROUND LIKE THAT, Y'ALL START LOSING YOUR SHIT! [Proceeds to eat popcorn.]" Yes. Tell me how uncomfortable you are. I love it.
Yeah, beyond "shock value" and "making some men SUUUUUUUPER uncomfortable", and the sister having hair that gives off crazy ass cat vibes, the premise is just borderline incest porn without the out and out smut. More like comedy horror than comedy. Bordering into psychological torture. Like, the sister is a predator playing with her brother like he's a toy, which may end in sex. Creepy, freaky, terrifying.

And if it makes one reader "get it", worth every integer to make it.

No. We'd be uncomfortable if the female lead was being handled, assaulted, stripped and dressed by the brother, and then carried in public with legs spread to school, held up in a train like the sister held the brother up, etc. It takes a special kind of brain-warped to see this as 'durr, but, but but,, if it was flipped it'd be okay with you all I bet... dur..' No. It also wouldn't be okay.

Because assault? That's not okay. And what's being done here is pretty horrific. Go touch grass, you really need to get back in touch with reality and see how actual people react when things like this are being shown to them.
