I'm too lazy to read the novel but don't wanna watch the anime. I wish the manga would catch up. Though from what i've understood that version is kinda dookie.

It was the year 1970. I was still in my fathers balls. He watched an anime called "Obake no Q-taro" and had a stroke when Q-taro jumped to the screen. He never felt anything below the waste after. When i heard of this, i swore to never watch anime, unless maybe if it's like super duper good.

Also, this wasn't a system clock issue.
It's more that whatever code you used for the time comparision didn't update the timestamp used to compare due to that tab being non-refreshed for a bit
