I don't think Keisuke will ever catch feelings for Hebi though, if anything she'll be the one left behind.

Interesting, looks like snek and kusonoki are kind of trading themes, noticed that kusonoki is getting "darker" given that speech bubble of where she doesn't like Moe being into MC, while Snek is surprised by genuine kusonoki and seems "brighter"

Kusunoki getting a black thought box for her "it hurts so much" line is concerning. Think we might start to see some cracks in her attitude and behavior soon. I don't expect her to turn mean or anything because she's just inherently not that kind of person but I could see her start to double down on her negative avoidant parts of her attitude.
The irony is that while Hebikawa's stirring the pot may lead to some more negative attitudes from Kusunoki in the future, Hebi's friendship with Kusunoki (and even Moe and Keisuke) is starting to shake her negative worldview and make her become more of a genuine brighter person.
Honestly I could see a future where we get a slight role inversion where after Hebikawa realizes she was wrong about Kusunoki she then has to be the one to help drag Kusunoki out of a negative funk.

With the high-five, I was hoping Kusunoki+Hebikawa could be a romantic pairing 
if Kusunoki was resolved to leave MC to Otobe. But then she is back pining for MC at the baseball game. So sad.
Also, is this set in some alternate puritanical universe? When did manga volleyball players stop wearing miniskirts?? Looks like this was a one-off event though and we won't get more volleyball.

I think author-san might be setting up Snek to crush her as some sort of consolation prize to Snek bros for Kusunoki inevitably getting MC.

That's not very likely. Hebi still hasn't confirmed her feelings for the mc since she's more focused on trying to "expose" kusunoki right now. Also, while the mc is more comfortable with her now, he still rejects most of her advances because they either make him uncomfortable or because he's suspicious of her intentions. Hebi would have to deal with both of those before she has a chance of winning.
There's literally no chance Hebikawa is winning at the end of all this.

Moe and Hebikawa seem to hate each other so Kusunoki+MC is kind of a cold ending, leaving them as outsiders.
Moe is a nasty woman! No pity. Every chance she gets she is chirping at people. Doesn't matter if it's Hebikawa or MC. So insecure! Also, the My Lady bit is ridiculous.
You can't go calling Moe nasty when she's not like that at all and let's face it if anyone is insecure it's gotta be Hebikawa and overcoming her own beliefs.

Kusunoki and Keisuke get together, Moe and Kusunoki remain friends and Hebikawa overcomes her own beliefs and becomes real friends with all three.
That sounds kinda boring tho
