Genderbent isekai'd dude becomes magically OP and wanders the new world jilling himself off in various locations. It's not interesting even from a roadside car crash POV after a few chapters. I don't understand how this shit is still published or how the demented author keeps writing it.

Slightly unlikeable MC, and paints every dude as a pervert, stalker, rapist, or an old dude with the sole exception of Ryu but he’s genuinely just a little boy used for one shota x big sister gag and orphanage story arc. The MC if anything genuinely treats the younger boys really poorly despite the story portraying the MC as a new individual with a spliced memories between his old life and his original life. Honestly a interesting manga but it really rubs me off the wrong way when the MC continues to do things that wouldn’t necessarily fit the narrative of a spliced conscious individual.

I have to agree here. For a former man, albeit with spliced memories, the MC becomes a huge misandrist for... really no other reason than the author is not sexually attracted to males is possibly a misandrist themselves. As you said, literally almost every male character is villainized in some way or another. Some of them are still children, and yet MC treats them as if they are 3 tiers beneath them in a strict cast system.
MC would be like "hey girls, let's all go to my private moutain villa", inviting everyone one of the girl orphans directly in front of the boys, knowing full well they would want to come along too, because what child wouldn't? MC then "allows" them to come too, but only if they agree to be her servants or whatever.
MC then books first class seats on a direct flight with a helicopter waiting at the airport to take them the rest of the way to the island, but its only for the girls to use. She also fully packed all the girls' luggage and even made/bought new clothes for each of them too. And the rooms are all prepaired and nice and warm.
And for the boys, she left their transportation completely upto them to figure out, pay for, and left all packing to them as well while knowing full well they are broke and just children who have never even been outside the area. She also didn't tell them this, and only revealed that it was upto them to handle the day of departure.
MC then sighs, "gives in", and let's them ride in the cargo compartment of the plane. Then makes them hike the 6 day trek to the villa, knowing full well its a difficult trail and that they have not prepared adiquate mountaineering gear and clothes. And when they finally make it to the villa, they are shown to their "rooms", or rather a single room supply shed out back that is completely unheated, uninsulated, decrepit, and buried under 4 feet of snow.
Once they finally get settled into their supply shed, MC is like "Oh would you look at the time! Vacations over folks, let's all head back home, see you there boys. Oh, and be sure to lock up the supply shed when you leave. I've already locked the villa."
Now, the story isn't completely terrible (I have read a lot worse), but its completely stale after about 30 chapters. It just repeats the same topics. Cooking food/food porn, working on improving skills (mainly crafting), MC being a simp towards any girl, MC being a blatant misandrist, and the return of the stalker boy (for the Nth time).
