I like the theme and pacing of the story a lot, the different approach of the "looking at other people issue" for each character a lot, the character themselves, from Chad-Json to Pig-bro, the character art, but damn I find the paneling and writing so basic it keeps me out of enjoying the whole thing properly.
It feels like a first story from a talented young author, with enough potential that the editor gave the ok, but the editor doesn't say much to improve because either themselves are not ver experienced or because it's still above the slop so "just keep the chapters coming, author". It's not slop, but argh with all the good points it could be a 9 or even a 10 letsgo, but for me core points are missing.
I hope when the season ends they get some kind of constructive criticism about that to their ears.
Still I find this interesting because for manhwa I tend to really enjoy them for some outstanding, particular quality or take on a setting (I love Eternally Regressing Knight for its intensity, Villains are destined to die for the MC's "humanity" take), find them overall good across my criterias (GED is peak comedy with everything great around it, Dungeon Odyssey's author adds lovable secondary characters to circumvent the plot armor and add tension, Childhood Friend Complex is a series without easy quid pro quos if you binge the second season), or categorize them as slop very fast, but I find this one in the middle.
Long "rant", curious what y'all think.
