Also, do you notice how background become Hana in the latest chapters? I remember how author really really loves Hana x Miko jokes, but now...

This time the highlight is Miko family, and looks like we gonna see some lore on a man with his DOOG.
Totally invested in see bits of what chad daddy dog can do. They lived all this time in peace ignoring the stalker ghost like a trash it is, the very stalker ghost aiming for Miko mommy for decades whom nobody can deal with and treated as a walking disaster.
As for chapters, clues are putting ghost cannot enter the house (maybe cuz not invited) and with how heavy is Miko as a ghost bait, it's a wonder how no one in family get haunted.

Yes he knew his daugther could see ghosts and he must have felt terrible about that all the time. but he was forced to not talk to her.. since it would attached unwanted attention from other ghosts.

Not sure, since by bits and how we got a chapter of school boy dad and school girl mom, safe to say daddy ghost is here only for 1 MAIN reason, to protect his WIFE.
If he really care for Miko, he should have tell her things that can make her safe from ghost, seeing how he is one now.

What for? There is nothing anyone without special abilities can do, even if they believe her by some miracle. Everyone she knows that can even interact with the problem already knows.

I don't know if this is unpopular, but I think Miko should let her father go.

It feels like it would be impossible for her to get over the loss of her father if he keeps existing in this ghost state between living and dead. I think letting the dead die and rest, where they have no duty to fulfill, may also be the best outcome. It's a bit like that monster in the hospital, the young boy, and the old lady, who rode off in the sky together.

The implication is that he will not die, disappear or whatever, but become a prisoner in that house along with whatever entity that stalks her. So it's quite the opposite from what you imagine.

The one time she communicated with a supernatural thing (though unknowingly), it agressively bolted right for her and likely would have harmed her if not for the shrine creatures intervention. Anmyone would think twice after that. Notice that all the other ability holders never acknowledge them either, so it's likely a taboo of some sort. Possibly there for good reason. There's just no telling what would happen.
