I definitely expect the train ghost to make some sort of appearance in the finale here, it's one of the first ghosts in the series, one of the most memorable, and has shown up multiple times.

The one time she communicated with a supernatural thing (though unknowingly), it agressively bolted right for her and likely would have harmed her if not for the shrine creatures intervention. Anmyone would think twice after that. Notice that all the other ability holders never acknowledge them either, so it's likely a taboo of some sort. Possibly there for good reason. There's just no telling what would happen.

So they can mess with you in ways you can't even begin to understand but good luck doing anything back to them."

That's for people who can barely perceive them. Now imagine what could happen if it's with Miko, someone who can legit see them.

I suppose it can be interpreted like that. Honestly, that guy's rant could mean many things, that was a masterclass in being clear as mud. What most people take from it is that the supernatural entities can appear (and perhaps behave) different depending on the beholder, circumstances and who knows what else. In any way, the series pretty much hammers home that acknowleding them is a very bad and possibly fatal idea.

Incredible chapter. Actually letting us feel Miko's pain by sitting with her feelings in a way that feels real because the choice is of actual consequence. Even a dead character can somewhat die.

because she feel guilty, the last thing she say was to complaint to her father because he eat her pudding, after that 07 to the father.

since his death, she was unable to deal with the grieve, beside that she has a little problem of ghost that occupy her time, when he return, she was unable to say sorry, and i think she was happy to see him again.

don't forget that if you deal with a spirit that is attached to you, you will never be able to see him again.

The implication is that he will not die, disappear or whatever, but become a prisoner in that house along with whatever entity that stalks her. So it's quite the opposite from what you imagine.

I thought the implication was they were gonna use the dad and the dog spirit to MAKE the barrier as in they become the fuel source.

Maybe. Either way, since no one tried to console her by saying otherwise, the implication is that this is a much worse fate than just hanging around the house as he currently does.
