Takami's pretty bad right now but he's clearly the Vegeta of this manga whereas Reiha feels more end-boss-like.

My theory right now with Takami is that he has issues due to some relative, like an older brother, say, who became a rocker and got disowned by his family. So maybe he's sweet to Tohno because he reminds Takami of him?
