I think it's purely because of the flow of the story not merging well with where it's suppose to be. In the scrapped version, MC triggered Sensei's "dangerous" side and author didn't know how to resolve it with the family ending the day okay with MC continuing his education.

After so much chapters have passed, we still have no clue whether Kanra and the little girl in from his childhood is the same person. The only indicators that they might be the same is how affectionate she is towards Kaoru, and they both have black hair. Now, I do have a theory after re-reading...

Thanks for the TL! Was hoping that there were more chapters for the queen, but it's just a few pages of being defeated and being dominated. Wish that the author spent more time in giving her more background story, and flesh her out more now that she's defeated.

I'll give the girl berating MC the benefit of the doubt that she doesn't know that this is the student who was in a coma due to defeating a high-class enemy, but if she doesn't know then either she isn't high enough to know the on-goings in the school or the school must've put a hold on that...

I don't know what's happening with the TL of this manga. The other MTL TL chaps have disappeared, but I do think this is one has better quality than the MTL one.

In the first chapter, it's been explained that there only a few thousand adepts currently, MC was 9,120th Adept. When MC first arrived and trained, he was among hundreds, and only 3 of them became an adept. The world is so fck'ed that there isn't enough adepts to help everyone in the world...
