I could have sworn I used to be able to mark something as read/unread without needing to refresh in order to change it back. I admit it would be rare since generally I'd only do it if I accidentally missclicked but I'm not sure why it would be set up to "lock" said chapter once you've changed...
I've tested on both Firefox and Chrome but once I've marked a manga chapter as read it becomes locked. Or vice versa if I mark a chapter as unread then it's locked and I can no longer change the icon back to read. I can refresh the page and change it but I can only change it once before it...
@jdjohndoe13 I want to sincerely thank you for all the help you've given me. Especially writing out the step by step instructions. Though I woke up this morning and it's working again, I assume thanks to whatever carbotaniuman did. I just want to say I appreciate the help you tried to give us...
@jdjohndoe13 you seem to know what you're talking about but I am in no way knowledgeable enough to understand it so I'll just ask a couple questions.
1) Is there something I can do on my end to fix it and make it work again on Firefox?
2) Is there something Mangadex can do to make it work...
@Squall868 I don't think I am. I only run ublock but I disabled it and tried again and nothing. I'll be honest I'm not savvy enough to know how to manually check scripts and if they're blocked naturally or not.
@Danila well that's honestly reassuring. I really don't want to upgrade my Firefox (hate the new version) and I'm not a big fan of Chrome either however I did test on Chrome and the reader worked which made me worried it was my version of Firefox now incompatible with the reader.
I know I'm running an old version of Firefox (56.0.2) but up until today the reader was working. Now it just tries to load pages forever without anything showing up. Did something change recently reader wise or do I need to bite the bullet and use a different browser?
Ya not the biggest fan of the morality lesson. On the one hand yes ok don't be arrogant. But on the other his actions were correct. What was he supposed to have done? He needed to break stealth to get information but then it's not like he could let the scientist go. What would stop him from...
