That was real editor note at the end of chapter 250. While I personally think it is funny. The author himself got so much workload of drawing arts and chapters for both Tonikawa and Hayate no Gotoku Complete edition (recent omnibus reprints). He had to draw extra chapters, covers, bonus material...

This volume does not contain the usual 18 pages extra chapter. Nor the bonus Nagi-Nadja or Q&A things since both have been replaced with alternate volume cover under the flaps.

I believed it was dotted blanks. We will check on it, In terms context there are no context lost here. This chapter is rework to the older chapter, which I packed some scan annoucement in there.
