I've often seen annoying characters introduced to "cuck" the protagonist, but I don't think I've detested one as much as this one that isn't just outright raping someone.

Maybe it's lost in translation, but I'm not sure how exactly it's creepy to offer to take care of someone who is sick when they've done the same to you. Then again, dense protagonist disease is a thing.

@Acolytus Feels more like Hachi Ichi, with the basic premise being almost the exact same but with art that is more standard of this era. Also seemingly a "deeper" protagonist who has reasons not to get with every girl, unlike MC from Hachi Ichi which had none other than his own sensibilities.
