What a wonderful chapter. And these romance scenes were so soft and delicate, yet at the same time it got me feeling the butterflies in the stomach.

In just a short 9 pages time her distrust of MC has turned out to be completely justified

on one hand this gaslighting/manipulation is making me uncomfortable, on the other hand I prefer it to the usual sissy MC or chinese "I'll simply rape you" douchebag. I'm internally conflicted, yet satisfied
