It will most likely be revealed next chapter. Unless they do more changes again like this one. In the WN, the adventurers that helped him was another adventurer party that were locals and friends of his adventurer friends.

Next chapter spoiler maybe if it follows WN/LN
After this idiot did the thing at the end, Cain has to reveal his noble status. And this will cause them to panic cause attacking a visiting noble(even one that’s incognito) from another country is basically declaring war.
Why bother to reveal his noble status, when he already told them his home kingdom, name (public knowledge of the high-profile noble in said kingdom who is engaged to princess, saintess of other kingdom, etc.), status as s-ranked adventurer (public knowledge that said noble is), and overall advertised enough that any other noble/guild master knows he is a noble of high status already?
Or are this representative and guildmaster belonging to such a backwater that they haven't felt it worth bothering memorizing the engagement partner for neighbouring kingdom's princess and largest religion's saintess? Or even more backwater and the info haven't even traveled there?

The son literally knows that Cain is nobility and the fiance of two princesses from last chapter. Now the dad knows Cain is an S rank adventurer from this chapter. Maybe they will combine their two brain cells to figure out how fucked they are.

He's hiding it for now as he's in another country, and by that little dumbass ordering an attack on a foreign noble it can be seen as a declaration of war.
you could say he is hiding it all he wants but they said his full name and that von part in the middle isn't a middle name it literally says i am a noble of the territory that is listed on my last name

If children know, parents must know too. Heck they even pass memo in school, that mean school and everyone with some kind of power must know too.
Be it must be for the plot that everyone involve don't know anything

All that says is that he is a member of a noble family. Remember at the start of the series that group of noble kids thought he was the son of a Baron, not that he was a Baron himself until he corrected them.

I can already imagine the next chapter.

Yeah I am also a VERY high ranking noble in my kingdom as well as to be wed to the daughter of a margrave(a rank only lower to a duke) of said kingdom as well to the princess of said kingdom.
So yeah, you basically attacked, threatened and blackmailed an S ranked adventurer who is also a very high ranking noble as well as the future king of a neighboring kingdom.
Your political ass is grass.
Silk is actually the daughter of a duke, not a margrave. Cain himself is the son a margrave.

So, not considering the divine realm, by attacking Cain they officially made enemies of the King of Esfort, the most prominent duke of Esfort, an influential margrave of Esfort, the duke of Ribelt (Tifana's father), the city of Drinte (under Cain) and possibly the saint faction of the Marineford religion.

Whatever political power he dreamt of having died the moment he breathed the wrong way.

Hinata isn't officially engaged to Cain. Rather the negotiations surrounding that have most likely stalled due to the issue that, Esfort does not want to give up Cain to another country, and the theocracy wants Cain to go there instead of giving up their Saintess to Esfort. This particular one is only known to the higher ups of both countries as they try to hash out something. So there's no public announcement about her getting engaged.

Telestia's engagement is probably widely announced but most likely to say that she will marry a high ranking Esfort noble(maybe Cain is mentioned or left out for whatever reasons), declaring that she will not be available for political marriage with another country's royalty or equivalent. Technically Cain's engagements are only publicly known to the Esfort's nobility.

Cain's S-rank adventurer status is probably available for fact checking at every guild branch, but most likely it was in the form of some notice to the higher ups of each branch saying "Esfort has a new S-rank, name, whether solo/in a party etc, just simple info. Cain specifically kept his noble status hidden and he registered while hiding it. Only Esfort's guildmaster aka his soon to be elf brother-in-law knows of his status as a noble and his engagements to Telestia, Silk and Tifana. And most likely is why that part about him being an actual head of the house noble isn't known. So you can give the guildmaster here some leeway about this, he's only working on the information that Cain might be a noble's child and he's an S-rank adventurer, he's probably doesn't know that Cain is a high ranking noble.

Malph here is a cliche idiot villain who doesn't do his proper research. He probably got whatever information he was given, most definitely just bare minimum like "this one's a princess, this one's a duke's daughter, etc", and most definitely I can probably guess Esfort may have purposely not revealed Cain's actual noble status to keep Cain incognito since it's usually a big deal when a high ranking noble from one country visits another. Malph expected his son Ralph to not be stupid, Ralph be stupid and Malph is annoyed cleaning up. But due to Cain trying to do the right thing as always, but not flexing his status as a high ranking noble himself when he should. We get this rather predictable confrontation. This probably why the reveal of his actual noble status in the next chapter will happen and the ramifications of Ralph's action and Malph's attempts at trying to flex his status.

Cain is not hiding his noble status, the kingdom they are in also knows his rank. The problem is the son assumed Cain was the son of a count not the count himself. as for his father due to his rank he wouldnt have been told of Cain before hand, Hes related to finacne not education.
