Not going to go into on the sex stuff since that debate is one I don't think will ever end and as far as I am concerned there are strong arguments either way. However, the instantly like for no reason isn't quite accurate.

There is a reason the manga didn't just jump straight to the government office but instead took time with the cafe scene. It was to one give a chance to show her getting to know him so that it isn't just no reason later, but also to show that she is having a bit of savoir infatuation(I don't think english quite has a proper term, but someone falling for the person saving them isn't exactly an uncommon trope) going on and isn't disgusted by the idea. Combine this with the Elf pushing the idea not once, but twice(and making sure to pick out that outfit) and I don't think instantly likes for no reason is a fair statement.

Actually this is probably all the Elf's fault. If she hadn't kept bringing it up Mimi probably wouldn't have pushed so hard and if she hadn't done the pushing he almost certainly wouldn't have had sex with her first night since that wasn't the plan. The Elf needs some Karma!
