Rare happy ending? In a twisted sense? Also leans towards the fun philosophical dilemma of "last Thursday-ism" which proposes the idea that our universe, our memories, everything blipped into existence last Thursday and it's impossible to prove or disprove it.

Ok, following the theory somewhere that these stories Yuuma told has relations to what he's actually experiencing, this Perfect Copy story may imply that the Hina who is suddenly back this chapter may not be the Hina we've known so far, perhaps just a random soul who strongly believes "it" is Hina and "inherits" her memories.... or it could be "Yuuma's mother" now believing she's Hina so Yuuma will let down his guard

I really thought the twist would be that he got injured in the machine while copying himself, getting paralyzed in process, and the copy ends up running a ton of painful experiments on the original trying to figure out what went wrong, not knowing it was only a copy.
