Possibly one of the greatest comedic displays of dramatic irony in manga.

I cannot wait to see how the president-turned-little girl also falls victims to the whims of childhood.

The president is a straight-man type (assassin) with fully logical and even moral sensibilities.
Marie is a normal woman (assassin) who uses her femininity to her advantage.

But the premise they've found themselves forces the prez to be framed as a tsundere while Marie is painted as a creep, and they're coming at each other from polar opposite directions and reasons. That ironic comedy mixed with absurdism is what makes this author my favorite in the business.

If the twist is that Maria and Megumi are actually half-sisters and that their dad is some American womanizer, I'm gonna lose my shit.

Talking about that, I've recently finished My Life As a Loser, from the author of Lookism, and I believe it's far better than Lookism exactly because of what you've written. When Lookism is now full of fight and lost a bit of what made it unique, on the other hand My Life As a Loser is more balanced. And it's pretty short too (around 50 chapters).
