If memory serves from my bad reading of the raws (before they stopped being free in Japanese), we're getting a "everybody sitting around a table saying how good of friends they are" ending that feels like a soft axing of the series.

Eh guessed as much, Kohaku isnt really a good mc and the story around her would basically progress the same if not better if she was replaced with the average fmc...

Absolutely hated how out of the blue the exorcist is suddenly a maiden in love and not a tsundere. Wanting to kill her out of duty but not killing her because she's your family would be a much better conflict for the character other then "haha crush go brrrr".

Anyways, I bet next chapter won't solve shit and Green Bocchi will either see herself in the terrible place of being in the middle of a split friend group (incest aunt/niece duo x cult survivor) or be friends with just Aiko because the vampire girl doesn't give a damn about her since she's of no use (therefore Ema won't become super close friends either because she's suddenly a simp or smth).

Honestly, though, Aiko on that last page is actually kind of cute. I like her even more now I hope she starts getting even closer to Kohaku and just ignores that wannabe sad girl vampire.
